About: My fiancée, Anthony, and I are the Rover duo here! Together, we have a combined 20+ years of experience working with dogs. Anthony primarily does the house sitting and we both work together for boarding in our home. We currently have 2 dogs of our own who are both rescues. Arthur is our 8 year old playful, loving lab mix and Taz is our 2 year old sassy pit mix puppy! We love caring for pets and are excited to spread the love to more doggy friends! You can count on us to be reliable, respectful, engaged, and loving to your pets. We will ensure that they get exercise and the love they need while under our care. We will make sure the environment is safe for all pets and make sure your pet has access to food and water at all times. I work from home full time and Anthony has a flexible work schedule. We will make sure your pet has the necessary potty breaks they need and will not be left in a kennel all day long. We love dogs and are excited to provide a safe + comfortable place for your pet so you can enjoy your time away from home knowing your dog(s) is/are in good hands. Anthony and I work from home, which makes pet care fit very easily into our daily and weekly routine. We have 2 dogs of our own and we never leave them home alone longer than 4 hours. We have a fenced-in yard. The yard is safe and a great size to give your pet ample space to run around and exercise. We also have outdoor cameras to monitor if we are not outside with them.

About: I genuinely care about the well being of every dog in my care. I will treat every dog as if it was my own, which means lots of treats(if allowed) and lots of pets, belly scratches and cuddles(if tolerated). I am currently working part-time and healing. Unfortunately financially I need more income so I thought “why not try Rover and spend some time with dogs(which I love doing!)”. So ultimately I will make this fit into my schedule where I can. I’m pretty flexible currently. Give me a chance and I promise you won’t be disappointed. I ask clients to leave detailed instructions. I want to make sure that while you are gone your dogs/cats routine stays as close to normal as possible! If that means your dog goes to paws n pints for a play date on Wednesday @2 then I’ll load up lassie in the car and get there! If your cat gets 3 treats at 3pm everyday then we will make it happen! All joking aside, I aim to please!

About: Growing up, my family didn’t have pets, so I love my friends and family’s pets like they are my own! I am intentional and ask questions when learning from owners how to best interact with their pet(s). I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats, up to two of each at the same time. I prioritize playtime and being active with any pet I’m responsible for. I’m comfortable with both cats and dogs, and can adapt my skills and schedule based on their unique needs. My schedule is extremely flexible as I continue the job search post graduate school. I am able to support pet owners with short-term drop ins, frequent walks for high energy pets, and extended stays. About: My whole life I have been surrounded by Dogs. From taking care of my own and my Grandmother's furry companions, I love being with Dogs of all sizes and energy levels. About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life! I’ve been working with animals professionally for 6 years, and in my time have done grooming, boarding, daycare, training, rescue, you name it! I’ve worked with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, etc of all shapes/sizes, & I’m currently working at a veterinary office. I have experience administering medications, monitoring body language & behavior, and handling emergency situations in regards to dog & cat care. I also spend free time volunteering with animal rescues when I can. Since 2018 I’ve dedicated my life to caring for others pets, and have always gone above & beyond to make sure your babes are well taken care of. I will be available any time I’m not at work for your animals and their daily needs! I have a large dog that plays well with others if play dates are desired. I always monitor fence safety for escape artists/jumpers, and use a double lead system when walking to avoid any possible break aways! I have experience with reactive/aggressive dogs as well.

About: Born and raised a dog lover! I’ve have 5 dogs throughout my life that I have loved so dearly. I’ve grown up taking care of my friend’s dogs in HS and college. I love to go on walks, so why not bring your pup with me! I unfortunately do not have my own dog at this time with my significant other, but I hope to get one soon! I am a teacher who is taking a small step back in education to focus on my health. I know your dogs will help me A LOT during this transition, and they will be under great care. I currently live in an apartment in Des Moines, so I am also available for drop-ins to ensure your pup is comfortable at home!
