About: Throughout high school and my first two years at college, I've consistently had the opportunity to dog sit for coworkers, friends, family, or people who knew me from a friend! I'm used to taking dogs on walks and caring for them in their homes. I currently don't have a pet of my own so it's always nice to hang out with other people's pets! I will be a student at Iowa State University this fall. I want to be able to get out and hang with your pet or take them for a walk! It'll be the perfect break from studying and any stress. My schedule at ISU is pretty flexible for anyone's pet needing care in the early morning, evening, or nighttime! I take extra precaution when I meet new pets to try and figure out and understand their nature and what's normal for them. I always ensure that every instruction from the owner is noted and followed. I love to form connections to new pets and watch them get comfortable around me or even become more and more excited to see me! I will only be able to visit the client's home as my apartment does not allow pets.

About: I offer friendly service and plenty of extras. I can do grooming services while sitting. I also can offer group play sessions and off-leash play time (in a secure field). Your pet (s) will be safe and happy with me. I am experienced with many sizes and temperaments and I can handle anything. I know how to seperate dogs from other pets/animals as well, if needed. I will supply the care your pet needs per your instructions and make sure that your loved one is healthy and happy while you are away from home. If you have questions, feel free to ask! About: I have had pets for my whole life, whether that be hamsters, fish, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even wildlife who need extra support to get back into their habitat. I have tons of experience with different kinds of dogs. I have had my dogs since they were puppies all the way to the end of their lives, which gives me knowledge about each of the stages of pet’s lives. I also have volunteered at a dog shelter for 6+ years, so I have experience working with reactive dogs to dogs who are extremely timid and shy. I can guarantee that I have seen all kinds of personalities between all kinds of animals. I also have worked with cats at the shelter, which also gives me insight on the way cats can be which could range from very sassy (like my cat Benny lol!), to the sweetest cats. Along with those experiences with different personalities, I have lots of experiences with injured animals and have had exposure to treating wounds/minor injuries in animals. I have had to learn how to treat my dog’s diabetes since she was recently diagnosed, and have accommodated my lifestyle to fit her needs as a diabetic. I also have learned how to manage an obese dog’s weight into a healthier weight. Overall, I have grown up surrounded by animals and have seen an abundance of different situations within different kinds of animals!! I currently attend a university in the Des Moines metro and will be commuting from my home to school. This ensures that I have time to go back and forth between my house and school, which will allow me to make frequent trips to check on the pet. I also live with my parents who work from home, so there will always be someone watching the pet and ensuring that everything is going well. I get off from school around noon every day, so that will allow me to go back home and spend the rest of the afternoon with the pet and pay full attention towards them!! In my home, I am responsible for feeding, bathing, cleaning after, and spending time with all of my pets. I have learned how to trim nails, properly bathe a pet, treat one of my dogs that has diabetes, and clean wounds when a pet gets injured. I have been able to experience many situations with pets and stay calm during an accident. I am willing to do anything to accommodate any pet because they deserve to have a life of luxury, just like us! I am also committed to ensuring that any client who has special accommodations for their pets gets those wishes granted and will do everything in my power to make sure the pet has a great time with me!!

About: My family had dogs growing up so I have some experience walking and playing with dogs. I also have had my cats for about 7 years. I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays and could easily stop in for check ins during those days. I love to go on walks to grays lake so definitely looking for a dog or two to take with me. I would prefer a set of rules for my clients pets so I would know best how to service their pet while they are away.

About: I genuinely care about the well being of every dog in my care. I will treat every dog as if it was my own, which means lots of treats(if allowed) and lots of pets, belly scratches and cuddles(if tolerated). I am currently working part-time and healing. Unfortunately financially I need more income so I thought “why not try Rover and spend some time with dogs(which I love doing!)”. So ultimately I will make this fit into my schedule where I can. I’m pretty flexible currently. Give me a chance and I promise you won’t be disappointed. I ask clients to leave detailed instructions. I want to make sure that while you are gone your dogs/cats routine stays as close to normal as possible! If that means your dog goes to paws n pints for a play date on Wednesday @2 then I’ll load up lassie in the car and get there! If your cat gets 3 treats at 3pm everyday then we will make it happen! All joking aside, I aim to please!

About: I've cared for dogs of all different breeds, cats, birds, bearded dragons and so much more. I currently have a German Shepherd, two French bulldog, and a cat. Have administer medicine to many dogs. I'm able to keep pets separated from other pets if needed as I have two level with full access to the fenced-in yard. Capable of caring for the youngest to the oldest animals. I do have experience with very anxious dogs as well. I am currently a stay-at-home mother of two homeschooled kids with lots of free, flexible time to give your pet lots of love and attention. I have many years of experience and strive to be knowledgeable on all breeds. I have two Frenchie and a German Shepherd. If needed, I do have kennels available in all sizes, but all animals are able to roam free in my house. With a safe fenced-in back yard, we are able to have lots of play time.
