About: I have been looking after all kinds of dogs for 8 years, my dogs, my friends dogs, and neighbors dogs. It has been good experience with all the different dogs i have watched. Im working part time at the moment, so I will have plenty of free time to spend with your fur babies and make sure they arnt sad when your gone. I have an open yard and walk my dogs making sure they get plenty outside time, and will do the same with your dogs just like I would mine.

I came home and noticed that Loki was happy and very playful, all thanks to Jordann. Loki and I are looking forward to our weekly walks. About: I am a dog/ cat mom of 4 babies! I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets alone with a stranger. I will provide you with peace of mind while showering your babies in love and affection. Safety is my priority as this is my personal concern when leaving my babies with someone else. I am currently working part time so I have a lot of availability to care for your pets. I am also available on weekends and later afternoons. As it pertains to your home, I will respect your privacy and ensure your home is secure and comfortable for your pet. I am happy to do any additional tasks that are requested.

About: I have had pets, dogs and cats, pretty much all of my adult life. Love all kinds of animals. My last pet was a basset hound that was with me for 11 years till she passed. On the days I am available, my schedule is very flexible so I will be able to meet all of your pet care needs for you furry friend. I will make sure you pet is given the love and attention he/she needs while you are away. No need to worry about your furry friend while you are away.

About: I am very good with dogs, my brother and other people have told me that. I’ve taken care of my brothers dog who is a German shepherd and Husky mix, a lot of energy, needy, lovable, and he’s well behaved. I also take care of my boyfriends and I’s dog when he’s at work and before I go to work. She’s a Husky and blue heeler. She’s lovable, sweet, just an amazing dog overall. I am not currently working, looking for a job at the moment, so my schedule is free,Monday-Friday. Not available Sundays, some Saturdays I’m available. About: I grew up on a small farm and have always loved animals. I currently work at a dog kennel and have a degree in Animal Science. I'm fairly experienced in most areas relating to taking care of animals and am confident I can overcome any challenges that arise. Dogs especially have always held a special place in my heart, and I will do what I can to make sure your pets are comfortable and happy and have everything they need. I'm currently working at a kennel part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pups! That being said, my schedule varies each week so I do need a little bit of a heads up on scheduling so I can let you know if I can make it or not!! I can do anything you want for your animals in your own home! There is no reason for them to be lonely. If they need to be hand-fed, crated, taken out multiple times throughout the night, etc, just let me know and I can make that happen! I understand that each of our animals have their own personalities and needs, and it is important that you feel comfortable leaving them with someone that you can trust.

About: I grew up with dogs and have had a dog of my own since college. Additionally, I am a former Preschool teacher and feel that working with pets requires a similar personality and disposition - lots of unconditional love, patience & energy! 🙂 I’m home and available most days, which makes me an easy fit for you when it comes to house visits, meal times and dog walks! Our dog enjoys roaming in his tethered zip line outside in our yard and we walk the neighborhood roads and say hi to the pets on the local farm. Unfortunately we are currently not offering pet sitting at our house.

About: I’ve had dogs a part of my life since I was 7 years old when my family got our first puppy! Since then, I’ve helped raise dogs of all ages, puppies and senior dogs included. With puppies came the challenges of high energy, teething, and different dietary requirements. Similarly with seniors came the challenges of dietary changes, and medication and health management. I’ve had experience with demanding medication schedules as well as insulin injections with my pets in the past. I’m currently a full-time student with most of my classes being online, so I’ll have plenty of time available at home to be there for you and your pet! I currently have two amazing dogs that make my life complete! From my experience with pets, I understand the different requirements and challenges that vary from dog to dog. One of my lovely babies is a couch potato who just wants cuddles and rest time. While on the other hand, my other fur baby is high energy and loves to play ball for hours at a time. Based on your individual pets needs, I’m sure I’ve experienced it before and can adjust to you and your pet’s schedule!

About: 20+ years of pet care experience. In high school and college I worked as a vet tech, and at a boarding/daycare/grooming facility. I have also worked with livestock at numerous farms and horse boarding facilities. I now have 1 dog, 3 cats, and a horse of my own. I love building relationships with pets (those that want it) or giving space (for the more nervous and anxious ones). I pride myself on being able to accurately read each pet and knowing what they need. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule which makes pet sitting amazing! I am able to watch pets while you're away and keep them on whatever schedule best works for them. I'm also available for mid-day let-outs and walks! I make sure each pet is comfortable around me. If they are happy, energetic pets- I make sure to help them get their energy out so they look forward to seeing me! If they're more reserved and nervous, I make sure to go slow so they do not see me as a threat and I do not try and cloud their space, while also reassuring them I am a safe person.

About: My journey with dogs began with our family dog, Friskie. She taught me how loving, amazing, beautiful and understanding dogs can be and I think of her often. Fast forward to 1995 when I fell in love with my own first puppy, Scrappy. My love for dogs only grows stronger with every amazing dog I meet, mine or someone else's. I've adopted/rescued 14 wonderful dogs in this time and fostered a few more. After spending 12 beautiful years with a very special dog named Vegas, I made the decision to adopt/rescue senior dogs. Every dog deserves a home where they are loved but there is a special place in my heart for the sweet older souls that suddenly lose everything familiar to them through no fault of their own. Ironically, I currently live with two young dogs, thanks to my work with Rover! Asher’s foster family hired me for daily walks and when they found themselves unable to foster him any longer, I realized how much I would miss his sweet playfulness in my life and adopted him. Asher is an energetic, exuberant and large young dog which was quite a change from life with my wonderful seniors. I thought he might enjoy the company of another young dog and started searching for the right rescue dog that would enjoy our home. Abby turned out to be the perfect match for us and especially for Asher and none of us can imagine life without her. My joy is learning each dog's personality, their habits, and what they like and what they don't. Each dog is unique and I think they are all wonderful. I would love to meet and care for your furry family member when you can't be there to provide them the love they deserve. I believe in positive training methods and patience when working with any dog. I'll rely on my love for dogs, my years of experience as a dog owner and my time helping out at a friend's boarding kennel to make sure your pet's experience is a positive and rewarding one. Dog-walking is for the dog, not the person and your dog will be allowed to walk where they want (as long as its safe), as much as they want and will have as much time as possible to sniff and explore. My 'day job’ is in accounting but my involvement with dogs has been steadily expanding on a volunteer basis over the years. I currently foster for 3 area rescues whenever possible, I am the Secretary/Treasurer for a NFP that provides financial assistance for pet care and I perform home checks for my rescues too. I am working full time right now so my availability during the week is limited but my weekends are open and I will try to work with you, if possible, for weekday needs. I have a large, fenced back yard where my dogs are free to run and play when they aren’t inside. But I love seeing the joy they take in exploring new places. I would want the same for your dog, if it is safe to do so. I believe that it is important to a dogs happiness to have new experiences and get to explore their world.

About: Until several years ago, I always had several dogs. I treated them like a member of the family and kept them safe and cared for. I am retired and enjoy walking. I don’t have a dog at the moment and miss the enjoyment and exercise that a dog can bring. I live on a large farm in Bealeton. I provide a safe environment where the dogs can run off leash and have fun or go for a nice walk on the leash!

About: I decided to join Rover because I found that there is a shortage/need for reliable dog walkers and boarding care.. My husband and I only have furbabies, no children. They mean everything to us. We have volunteered and served as a foster family for three different pet rescue organizations in the area for several years. I currently do volunteer work at my local church so so my schedule is generally flexible. I have time to dedicate time and attention to your furbabies. I live on two dog friendly acres with a fenced in yard. I have three friendly dogs who will love to socialize with your furbaby. I am currently on leave from work. Aside from being a foster mom to four school age kids, this is my primary work at this time. I have a fenced in yard to keep dogs safe, three dogs to keep them company and time to personally play with them as well.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life and I’m very used to the responsibility that comes with caring for them. I can take on any size or personality! I’m currently still in school so I am only available weekends and some late afternoons. Once school is over I’m available all summer as needed. I am currently not providing at home services just for the safety of my dogs and yours. But I am willing to go to a home and pet sit there no problem. I even have a dog seat belt in my car if transportation be needed!
