She came to our house in advance of the week and we showed her all the things she would need to know. Our dog has to have home based care, because she is anxious and reactive (can't stay in a kennel) - this did not deter Mackenna. Our dog was happy and not anxious at all when we got home.”

She stayed at our home for four nights and five days, following all of my care instructions like a pro. Her communication was excellent, she kept our house just as we left it, and most importantly, she took wonderful care of my babies. There were a few small hiccups and a learning curve, as expected, but Jay quickly adapted and mastered everything. Sydney came over before we went away and I watched her administer the medication and saw that she was a pro, which put my mind at ease. (She told me that she had a cat who had needed oral meds in the past.) She provided reports throughout the weekend as to how each administration of medication went. When we returned home, our cat seemed happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Sydney for this type of situation. We are extremely grateful for her assistance.”
