As a pet service professional, I like to make sure your pet is well attended to, and you feel as safe and comfortable as they do. I enjoy waking up to walk a client's dog, or making sure your cat feels safe before it's time to turn the lights off. You can rest assured while I am with your pets that they will be well attended to. A typical visit includes 15-20 minutes of play with your pet depending on energy levels, lots of positive attention and love, feeding and making sure they have access to water and making sure any business is done. As an overnight visitor, often for pets with anxiety or special needs/senior pets, I am with your pet in your home from 10pm-8am, plus visits during any of their usual scheduled feedings. As a dog walker, you can expect me to arrive and provide a full 30 minute walk to your pet. If you book through rover, you can also get a map of the walk we did, how long it took, and I provide pictures along the way. When it's time to go home, I make sure they and your home are safe and secure.

That would be enough to most sitters, but Sarah takes it a step further. She cleaned the house, took in our mail, and even cleaned the bedding she slept on. We know of no other dog sitter that does that, but Sarah’s level of commitment to the job she does makes her the best option on Rover in our opinion. About: I grew up having dogs and cats for pets. Back then you also ended up with puppies and kittens! I always had cats, my favorite friend, Kitty, who was 17 passed away last year and now I just want to be a temporary friend and caregiver. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for my friends and family, and am now retired so I decided to try Rover. I have a nice yard and live in a residential neighborhood with wide streets. I have also taken care of pets by stopping in and feeding friends cats, scooping the box and giving them some attention so they aren't too lonely while their owner is gone. I've had experience giving medicine to my sister's older cat and making sure the other, younger one did not eat it! I’m retired so my schedule is very flexible. I do go to the gym or walk outside which takes up a couple of hours at most. This time is flexible also. If you need someone to care for a cat or cats, I can stop in pretty much at any time. I have a safe residential neighborhood and would have your dog on a leash if we walked or were outside. I’ve also cared for cats at their own home, stopping by to clean the litter box, feed them and give them some attention so they won’t be lonely.

About: My whole life as long as I remember I was the biggest pet lover. I had my own pets and I’ve taken care and walked the dogs of my neighborhood. I just love them. We had asked Ashley to water quite a few plants, fill the bird feeders and birdbath, take in the mail, etc., and she followed our instructions to a tee. She contacted us with a few questions which were glad to see. Ashley was diligent about removing ticks from Nova and Nova’s coat looked silky and well-brushed when we returned. She left the house spotless and even washed her sheets and towels and made the bed without being asked to do so. Ashley is intelligent, personable, mature and responsible. We will definitely invite her to care for Nova again.”
