âJoy stayed over and watched our two dogs for a night. She was great and went over and beyond what we expected. She sent us updates with pictures of the dogs, which we really appreciated. Our house even looked cleaner than we had left it. We definitely would have her over again!â

âMegan did an awesome job taking care of our cat and dog for the weekend. She was a great communicator with us and home and pets looked perfect when we came home! Will love to use her again in the future.â

âThe hardest part of going away is not being able to bring your pets. I am grateful to Brittany and her great care of my pets AND my home while I was away. I was able to enjoy my time knowing that my pets were being well cared for.â

About: I love to work with animal, Iâve been in the veterinary profession for 10+ years. If your pet has special care instructions I will follow them perfectly. I have dogs, cats, and horses at home so I am very comfortable working with all sizes of animals. I also know how to care for birds, fish, guinea pigs, and hamsters and pigs. I know how much a pet can mean to someone so ill will care for yours as if they were my own I currently work 4 days a week. I am available Fridays to Sundayâs if you are looking for a weekend getaway or if you have a busy weekend and would like your dog to go for a walk I donât offer in my home dog services but can offer cat or small animal boarding. You tell me home youâd like your pet cared for, weather itâs taking them for a walk or just letting them out in a fenced in area
About: I have loved animals my entire life, and have owned dogs since I was 10 (after begging my parents for years). I helped raise and train them both from puppies, and am more than willing to help your pup learn the basics! Iâm very good with shy or sensitive animals, so send your misunderstood babies my way! I am a nursing student at Fitchburg State, so I am typically available after 3pm on weekdays, with some early morning availability. I am flexible and happy to work with you to find times that fit both of our schedules. I have a car with me at school, so getting to and from your home wonât be an issue. I am happy to walk and feed, as well as change litter boxes/puppy pads as needed. My top priority is making sure your pets feel loved, safe, and well cared for while youâre gone.

âSarah was nothing short of amazing! She went out of her way to make my 2, very attached, dogs extremely comfortable during our week away. Despite the thunderstorms and holiday fireworks they were happy and at ease. It was an added bonus that we came home to a clean house AND relaxed happy dogs. Sarah was diligent, respectful and very professional. This is our first time using Rover and I couldn't be any happier with Sarah. We will be repeat customers for sure!â

âAbsolutely amazing ! It was a last minute booking as she accepted it even if there were only few hours in advance notice. She was incredible with my dog which unfortunately had an upset stomach that evening too. Extremely kind and caring. It was our first time leaving the puppy in someoneâ elseâs care and we couldnât be happier. Absolutely we are going to hire Kaylee again!â

About: I have been taking care of pets for most of my life, including two family dogs and several small animals. Both of our dogs had hair (not fur) so I know how to care for dogs who need sweaters and booties. I am a very patient person, so I am the perfect dog walker for senior pups. I live within walking distance (5 minutes) of my job, so I can easily stop home throughout the day to care for a boarded dog. My office is also dog friendly, so I can bring in a small and gentle pup. For walking and in-home visits, I work 9-5 (with a 1 hour lunch break) Monday-Friday. I live in a small apartment on a beautiful property in the woods. We have no fence. I have no pets - but I do have one animal loving roommate!
âMeaghon was wonderful to work with! Incredibly responsive and my brood loved spending the weekend with her. We were very fortunate to have found her and canât wait to book future trips knowing our babies will be in the best of hands!â

âThank you Mikayla for taking care of our little guy! Tucker is a special little Yorkie with health concerns requiring constant monitoring. Mikayla stepped up and delivered reliable excellent care. Oral medication and special dietary needs were taken care of. She communicated with us and sent pics of our guy which was a relief. We could relax and have peace of mind. Bonus, she left the house clean and tidy! We already have our next trip booked! Thank you again!â

Shirley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Megan was AMAZING. She took care of the house, plants, and SIX animals (two dogs and four cats, including a cranky, elderly cat who needed daily medicine). We had a very unexpected issue with fleas, and Megan was fantastic about it. She knew what to do (we had no idea - had never had anything like this happen before) and managed to get the cats treated and furniture sprayed - worked with our housecleaner to deep clean areas of the house - and she stayed calm and professional through the whole ordeal. We have never left our animals for this long (9 days) and she was the PERFECT sitter. House was immaculate and the animals were happy, calm, and healthy when we returned. We absolutely would hire her again!
