“I am so thrilled to have found Judy!! I've had Shilo stay with Judy and her husband a few times now and I couldn't be happier. Shilo loves to run and the large fenced in backyard is perfect. Judy's dog, Rosie is sweet and welcoming. The updates and photos are great and relieves any worry or stress that I may have had!!! When it comes time for pick up, although Shilo appears to be happy to see me she also seems quite content to stay with judy....which is a really good sign!!”
About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.
About: I've had numerous variety of pets my whole life, Worked in pet retail for a time, and genuinely feel I understand animals more than people sometimes. Currently I'm between more traditional 9-5 employment, so I have the time and space to give the care needed for the little (or big) ones. I am open to discussing the individual needs of every client, but the basics of walking, feeding, just plain old attention are well within my capacity. “Ralph is just great! He took care of our black lab for over a week and I think our boy is depressed that he had to come back home! This was our first time finding someone other than a boarding facility to take care of our dog and Ralph was wonderful. He is a natural with dogs and just a really nice guy. He has a great place with lots of outdoor space and his attitude and kindness cannot be beat. I was a bit nervous leaving our dog because he's a solid 85 lbs and he can be a lot to handle, but Ralph had no issue with him and they had a great week. Ralph sent pictures and updates daily. It was really fun to see how happy our dog was. They walked several miles every day. Ralph followed all of our requests and put us at ease right away. He really cares and wants the best. He also had other dogs in his care for some of the time our dog was there, and he handled that so well. We are thrilled that we found him and will definitely be reaching out again. 10/10 recommend!”

About: Having grown up around a diverse set of animals then adopting 2 dogs of my own in adulthood, I bring a thorough, well rounded background in pet care. I am single dad (kids live here part-time) who currently works a corporate 9-5 job full-time from my home office in Leominster, so I have a lot of flexibility during the work days during the week, and then my weekends are very open too around kids activities. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex within a wooded area with land so this gives a good environment for comfortable interior space as well as walking pets outside.

About: I have owned a cat and a dog. I watch or check in on my friends' and family's pets when they are away from vacation. I WFH fairly regularly so check-ins are really easy. House sitting is doable, but would need to coordinate times as i have some activities with my kid. Animals are all about routine and I don't like to rock the boat. About: We are a trio (Riven, Matt, Jason) that have mostly work from home schedules. We have individual Rover verified profiles, and this one is Rivens. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. For boarding, my Matt and Jason (also on Rover) and myself are home 95% of the day and can usually accommodate most pick up or drop off time, frequent potty breaks, and walks. For drop in visits we are avaliable to work in the Shirely and immediately surounding area. We have some flexibility with the schedule that we can work out if you're interested! We offer lots of human and other dog socialization in our home. We have people and dogs visitors in home as well as on walks to parks and rivers.

About: I have worked with dog trainers so I know some training skills needed to help with certain behaviors. I can administer meds if needed. I have had farm animals so I have that experience as well. I am looking to fill my time with some amazing animals because of my love for them. I take care of everything from farm animals to cats. I can watch cat friendly dogs in my home. I have gates and a safe environment. I am more than willing to watch pets in the clients home as well to make them feel comfortable and help with routine.

About: I love to work with animal, I’ve been in the veterinary profession for 10+ years. If your pet has special care instructions I will follow them perfectly. I have dogs, cats, and horses at home so I am very comfortable working with all sizes of animals. I also know how to care for birds, fish, guinea pigs, and hamsters and pigs. About: I’ve taken care of cats for over 20 years, and have experience dog sitting for several households. I have dogsat for three dogs at a time for two separate households, either to take them on a walk and feed them or stay in their home for several days. I have also cared for kittens and puppies. I typically work remotely Mon, Tues, and Fri so those are the best days for me to pop over to visit, or stay the day(s) with your pet. I am always aware of where the animal is and if there are any safety hazards such as open doors or fences, items the pet shouldn’t get into, etc. I want the animal to feel comfortable around me so I will not force interaction but rather let them warm up to me especially if I am in their home. I like clear detailed instructions when needed so I know exactly what you expect and the right way to handle your pet since you know them the best!
About: I have owned a cat and a dog. I watch or check in on my friends' and family's pets when they are away from vacation. I WFH fairly regularly so check-ins are really easy. House sitting is doable, but would need to coordinate times as i have some activities with my kid. Animals are all about routine and I don't like to rock the boat. However you take care of your pets is how i want to provide for them.
About: I love dogs and have two of my own, one of which has a seizure disorder so I have experience with medication and health issues with dogs. I love spending my time with animals, especially cuddly ones!! I am a college student in Newton, MA currently. I am a full time college student so I am only available after classes (around 2 every day), but I do have a good amount of free time. I will walk, feed, play with and keep pets company in general. About: I've had numerous variety of pets my whole life, Worked in pet retail for a time, and genuinely feel I understand animals more than people sometimes. Currently I'm between more traditional 9-5 employment, so I have the time and space to give the care needed for the little (or big) ones. I am open to discussing the individual needs of every client, but the basics of walking, feeding, just plain old attention are well within my capacity. “Ralph is just great! He took care of our black lab for over a week and I think our boy is depressed that he had to come back home! This was our first time finding someone other than a boarding facility to take care of our dog and Ralph was wonderful. He is a natural with dogs and just a really nice guy. He has a great place with lots of outdoor space and his attitude and kindness cannot be beat. I was a bit nervous leaving our dog because he's a solid 85 lbs and he can be a lot to handle, but Ralph had no issue with him and they had a great week. Ralph sent pictures and updates daily. It was really fun to see how happy our dog was. They walked several miles every day. Ralph followed all of our requests and put us at ease right away. He really cares and wants the best. He also had other dogs in his care for some of the time our dog was there, and he handled that so well. We are thrilled that we found him and will definitely be reaching out again. 10/10 recommend!”
