“Breelyn is so great. She's reliable and kind. She does well with my crazy boxer and my stranger-danger boxer. I think this is the first time I've gone out of town and didn't stress about the dogs the entire time.”

“Anna has been great dropping in a few times for the first week of me using the Rover app! She’s been a great help dropping in to help take my puppy Koopa out, feeding him, and also reinforcing his training we’ve been working on while my girlfriend and I are at work.”

“Amanda did a great job! She had fantastic communication and I would 10/10 recommend her. Hopefully the next time we need someone to check on our fur babies, she will be available!”

“Katie has been fantastic with my new puppy, playing with her, feeding her, and letting her outside! She has made my job being a nurse with a puppy doable while I work 12 hour shifts, I’m comfortable being at work knowing Katie is dropping in! Looking forward to continuing trusting Katie with my puppy’s care!”

“Steffany was very punctual and professional, she arrived on time for our meet and greet and took the task of caring for Mr. meow very seriously. She was attentive, respectful, and very friendly despite his demeanor changes as he got used to her. I appreciate how thoughtful and detailed her reviews were, I got great comfort that she was taking good care of him in his first long duration alone. She has a passionate and loving demeanor towards pets, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you for your time and kindness 🥰”

“Morgan was very sweet and took great care of my cat. She took photos and videos for us, played with her, and cuddled with her. I deeply appreciate Morgan treating our baby just like her own. Highly recommend”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for most of my adult years. I have had all of my dogs from the time they were small puppies until they have become adult and senior dogs. I have worked with both large and small breeds, such as Beagles and German Shepherds. I currently foster/volunteer for Rescue One and enjoy every minute of it. To ensure you and your pet are comfortable, I provide a free meet and greet. I am available early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings during the week. I am more flexible with times on the weekends. However, please feel free to message your needs and I will see if I can accommodate. I am accustomed to set schedules with pets, enrichment, and exercise. I practice strict leash security and will double check all gates, fence, and doors before leaving. There will be 100% transparency and regular, proactive communication with frequent updates and photos or videos. I will adhere to all instructions and specific routines and rules. I am always prompt and respectful.
“Claudia has recently started helping me with my two dogs. She has exceeded my expectations and we are So grateful for her! We now can not dread heading on vacation next month because we know they are in great hands!”

“Brooke too such great care of our cat, Yul! She was prompt, super easy to work with, and left us at ease. I would definitely recommend Brooke to anyone looking for pet care 😊”

“We needed someone to let our senior dog out once a day while at work. Chante has been amazing. She is very reliable and kind to our dog. I can't thank her enough for helping us out.”

About: I have in-house dog and cat sat since I was 14. I have done everything from drop ins to overnight stays, multiple of which I took on four pets at a time. I also spent three years on a farm with a variety of animals, including multiple cats and dogs, and am willing to get dirty and do clean up if needed. I also have experience with dogs with dementia and with back leg paralysis with wheel prosthetics. I am currently going to college full-time from August-May with a job on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Because my job only provides 4+ hour shifts, this will be a great way to fill in my time throughout the week. I am able to do intermittent hours surrounding my classes throughout the week and am available throughout weekends periodically. Reach out to me and I’ll be ready to work my schedule for you! I do not take pets in my own home, however I am more than willing to visit yours. I will take pets on walks or runs (depending on your instructions) for as long as needed. I will adhere strictly to your schedule while giving your animals plenty of love and attention while I’m with them. I will clean up any messes your pets may make but I am so excited to love on them. If you have more specific questions for me, feel free to reach out.
“Zack has done a few drop-ins for me and I will be rebooking with him for some house sitting this summer. He is communicative, responsive and has a gentleness that my normally hyper dogs responded very well to. Definitely recommend!”

About: I have been taking care of pets for 7 years. I have taken care of many different pets including dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, lizards, hamsters, you name it! I am more than happy to accommodate to your pets needs and will make sure they have everything they need while you live your life. I love all animals and am excited to get to know you and your pet! I am currently a college student so have very flexible hours. I can check on your pet multiple times a day or stop in as needed. Ensuring that your pet has the highest level of safety is my biggest priority. I am confident in my ability to adapt to whatever your pet needs and understand the importance of consistent check-ins and monitoring. I also send multiple photos upon each check-in and have quick response times.
“Mariah did wonderful with my cats while I was away. She communicated, and provided wonderful feedback on how the cats were doing. She was available on some short notice which also made working with her super easy and great.”

“Erica has come to our home to care of our babies several times- she’s our go-to sitter and always does an excellent job. We can travel worry free knowing our kitties are in excellent hands.”

“She was amazing! She let us know anytime something happened whether they chewed something up or got a scratch when she stopped by. She was very communicative. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Chloe is simply the best! She was incredibly attentive to the routines and needs of our cat, Yul, provided great updates and communication, was exceptionally professional, and clearly took fabulous care of our boy.”

“Our first experience with Rover and Lisa was excellent! We felt at ease knowing that our pups were getting good care and attention on each visit. We appreciated the photos and the “report card” as well. Highly recommend Lisa - she communicated with us and went the extra mile.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and grew up caring for a dog that I was solely responsible for. Now I have an Australian Shepherd who I love dearly, who gets along with every dog she’s ever met and I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pup. Whether I’m doing a check-in, taking them for a walk, or having them over to play with my dog, I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe, and cared for. I have a big, fully fenced backyard and a dog-friendly home where they’re welcome to roam. You’re welcome to bring their crate, bed, or anything else that makes them comfortable. I’m flexible, accommodating, and happy to discuss your dog’s unique needs so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. I am typically available evenings on Mondays-Thursdays after 5pm and available all day Friday-sundays including overnight visits and can be flexible for your puppy needs Clients can request to bring their dogs crates, beds, however their dog feels the most comfortable for naps and winding down. My puppy sleeps in a crate so she would give your dog the space they need to decompress. I have long leashes in my back yard that are secured and unbreakable that I attach every dog to for extra security in case they get out. If your dog is with me eyes will be on them the entire time. They will be safe.

Springfield pet parents share their Rover experiences
Abigail is WONDERFUL! I booked her for a trip that we are taking but had an unexpected weekend event that we had to be away for on short notice. Abigail was there to help us even before ever being comfortable with our house or pets. It was extremely short notice but she came and took care of our babies. They seem to really like her, even my crabby-always-hides-and-hisses-at-everyone cat came out to say hi to her. That’s unheard of!! She took pics of all of them and stayed in contact with me throughout the weekend. I am hopeful that she will continue to be our babies friend and sitter even after our trip is over. She is very communicative and responsible! She stayed the whole time she was scheduled for and brought in packages that were left on my porch. I am THRILLED with her and the attention she gave my babies. I will be recommending her when my friends have to think about leaving town. I cannot say enough about her!
