A typical day
I love to play games with dogs where they get to exercise their bodies and minds. I also love to go on walks along the local Greenway trails and around the local parks. I'm open to walking your pets wherever they feel comfortable and will be safest. My goal is to make them feel loved and at ease. I'd love to treat your pets to a fun-filled visit!

Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Steffany! I've been fascinated with dogs from a very young age and spent all my free time growing up reading about their care. Despite my efforts, I could never convince my parents to let me have my own. Finally, I got my first dog, Russell, in October of 2018. Being a rescue from a rough situation, Russell has taken a lot of patience to shape, but adding him to my family has been the best decision I've ever made. I also have two wonderful cats, Stella and Ridley, and have a lifetime's experience caring for cats, one being FeLV positive and special needs. I have three years of past experience working for an agricultural center and showing and caring for livestock. I was also a veterinary assistant at North Central Missouri Vetetinary Services in Chillicothe, MO for a little over a year and cared for animals of all different backgrounds there. We worked closely with the local Humane Society and boarded pets. I'm very interested in animal nutrition and am always eager to learn new things! I'd love to give your pets the attention and care they deserve!

Steffany has been caring for my pets weekly for about 5 years. I just returned from a trip, during which she checked on my 4 pets plus a neighborhood cat I care for. I always leave several pages of instructions, she not only follows those specifically but she voluntarily does extra things. I came home and it was immediately obvious just how thoughtful she was about caring for my pets and keeping them busy and active. She kept the spaces very clean - cleaner than they were when I left for my trip! Steffany’s attention to detail and genuine concern for animals truly sets her apart. I have always appreciated the excellent communication I receive from her. It can be hard to find someone who’s willing to do the bare minimum of work, so it’s wonderful to find someone like Steffany, who naturally strives for excellence and is very thoughtful and conscientious. After all these years and trips and unexpected life events that she’s helped me through, I can genuinely say that Steffany is the only person I want to have caring for my pets while I’m away!
As always, Steffany delivers! My dogs love her and she is consistent.
Steffany did a fabulous job taking care of our cats as always!
