About: I’m from LA, where I worked for a dog hiking service where we started each morning with a group hike, came back home for daycare, and boarded dogs overnight. I love all dogs, big + small, and know how important it is for them not just to be well taken care of, but happy! Now it’s just me and my dog (Micho) in Pittsburgh exploring the trails around the city, and we would love to bring your pup along! As a graduate student, I have a flexible schedule + take multiple walks a day, short hikes a couple times a week, and longer day trips on the weekends. Because I only take one dog at a time, my time will be completely devoted to your dog for one-on-one play, walks, snuggling, and everything in between.

“Kristi was absolutely fantastic. She scheduled a meet up with us and our dog prior to booking to ensure that both parties were happy and comfortable. She was very flexible in terms of drop off and pick up and communicated very clearly. While we were gone, she sent multiple pictures and videos of our dog daily and gave many updates. She took him on walks and gave him ample attention. We could tell through the media sent that our dog was happy and cared for. We will definitely be using Kristi again; it is clear she has a love for animals!”

About: I have our wheaten terrier George for 1.5 years and I have experience sitting dogs for our neighborhood. I have a nice front yard and doggy door for all day free roaming. My neighborhood is very low traffic perfect for dog walking. I work from home full-time for my own company. My schedule is quite flexible but typically I do 8 am morning walk and an afternoon walk around 5 pm for my dog. Happy to do additional walk if requested. I will take care of your dog just like we treat our dog George. He is super friendly and kind to all human and dog. I will make sure they can get along and I will send picture throughout the day.

About: Hi Pittsburgh! Just getting my rover account active again now that my partner works from home! We are a pet sitting duo/making sure there is someone with your furry friend all day! Booking with us means excellent service & cleanly people. & someone you can trust with your babies!! we are able to spend all day & night with them so they don’t need to be left alone for longer than an hour or two at a time. I know how hard it is to leave ur pets so i understand the care they need when their favorite humans are gone. My lack of reviews is because I havent had alot of sits on rover I usually book from word of mouth. Lets set up a meet and greet so you can get to know us & we can get to know ur furry friends 🫶🏼 I have a very open schedule and want to spend my days with your pets! I can care for pets in my home! if your pet doesnt get along with other dogs thats no problem my dogs stay with my dad while im pet boarding.

We were kind of nervous about leaving Zoey with a sitter, because she is a unique pooch and needs someone who can work with and understand her quirks. Zoey took a shine to Tara and her family, all of whom were absolutely wonderful with her. Tara sent pictures frequently throughout the first couple days to ease our nerves, and Zoey looked happy and healthy in every one of them. It really allowed us to enjoy our time away, without worrying or feeling guilty about leaving our girl behind. I know Zoey would love to spend time at Tara's again in the future - she had so much fun, it was like a vacation for her too! ”
