About: I’ve owned an array of animals throughout my life, both with my family and on my own! I have the most experience with dogs and cats, having watched both for family and friends. As the owner of an anxious, reactive pup, I am equipped to handle all your pets needs! I currently work part-time as a makeup artist at Sephora Friday-Sunday, typically 11am-7pm. Yasmeen was wonderful with my senior rabbit! Truffle is very shy with new people but I loved seeing through the photos and notes that Truffle got more and more comfortable with and excited to see Yasmeen each day. She even crawled up into her lap for treats which is a HUGE sign of trust for Truffle! During our meet and greet, Yasmeen made sure that she understood Truffle’s medication and how she liked it to be given. I’ve never used Rover and was worried I wouldn’t find someone who knows rabbits. But after meeting Yasmeen I wasn’t worried at all that she would be a good sitter for Truffle while I was gone. I was able to enjoy my vacation without stressing about Truffle and that peace of mind is everything. I’ll definitely be booking with Yasmeen again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
