About: I've cared for dogs since I was young and have handled dogs both large and small. I've cared for cats since 2019, I am newer to them technically, but I love how different they can be. I run my own business, so making my own hours allows me a lot of wiggle room on doing check-ins or rearranging my day to allow for walks. My home is a temple to good vibes and my happy lil buddies (Sprout and Tansy) get along with everyone they've met so far.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 7 and I have taken increased responsibility over those years: feeding them, walking them, and watching them while my parents are out of town. I’ve dealt with training puppies: like walking on the leash, teaching simple tricks, and house training them. I’ve taken care of one dog through her end-of-life: including giving medicine, and dealing with bleeding and bladder control issues. I’m open seven days a week during normal day time hours. I’m willing to walk dogs or visit them in home. I have my own transportation if needed. I would walk the dogs in their neighbourhood or a local park. I have a fenced in yard, and a Golden Retriever who is very friendly and well trained. I make sure there is always a water in my dogs bowl and I am on schedule with her feeding times.

This is the second time Laurel has watched our cats for us, and as long as she’s available, she’s who we will always go to! Laurel clearly cares for our animals when we’re away, and does the extra little things too. She peeped that we had a thirsty plant and gave it some water during her check in too!
When Suzanna came up to meet Tugsley for a meet and greet, he immediately stayed by her side. That eased any concern I had. Suzanna was a great sitter while I was traveling and I will definitely use her again. She gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was loved and being cared for while I was away.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
