About: I’ve owned, cared for & been around dogs of all shapes & sizes for as long as I can remember.I currently own 4 fur babies 2 Mastiffs (Diesel & Duchess) and 2 Cats (Kai & Toonces). While it may be uncomfortable to leave your pets home alone rest assured I will treat them the same way I care for my own! While honoring any request or instructions you express to me. (And give live updates) I currently do work a Full-time job with a ton of flexibility. Generally speaking I am available before 9am and after 5pm but depending on location & booking I can make reasonable accommodation during the day as well. Just shoot me a message and we can work something out! I have a fenced in yard but currently am not taking any boarding , doggy daycare or crating bookings. About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). I do currently have two cats, so I ask that dogs staying with me are cat-friendly. In a client’s home, I respect your pet’s routine, follow feeding/walking instructions carefully, and make sure they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I believe pets should feel safe, loved, and treated like family in any environment. I have a pet-friendly backyard space for supervised outdoor time, walks, and play. About: I’ve cared for dogs all my life, and I have lots of experience with big breeds as I’ve owned three Newfoundlands and a Leonberger. I also have some experience with elderly dogs. I have assisted in training all the dogs I’ve owned, and most importantly, I love all animals! I’m a college student home for the summer, so I’ve gotten plenty of time to spend time with your doggy. I’m less available early in the day (6–9AM), but from 9AM onward I’m at the disposal of your puppy. :) I’m quite good with crate training, as well as dogs that are a bit more stubborn. I am comfortable staying with them as long or as short as needed. I also have a lot of experience walking dogs that require prong collars or harnesses.
