With her medical condition, Sienna needs consistent eating, drinking and bathroom routine. Katlyn was very detail oriented and very patient with Sienna. Katlyn knows exactly what elderly pets need. I love reading her report after every visit. They are very detailed and the observed anecdotes of Sienna's behavior is very much appreciated. Sienna is very picky about strangers but she gets along great with Katlyn from the very first day. Katlyn treated Sienna like she was her own cat. Katlyn is also very transparent about her schedule and availability, which is very much appreciated as well. I can't recommend Katlyn enough and I look forward to having her visit Sienna again.”

“Crystal went above and beyond to give our 2 boys the best time of their lives while we were away. They have very different personalities and energy levels, but Crystal catered to their every needs and made sure they both were comfortable and stimulated the whole time. I loved reading Crystals updates and seeing pictures of their catnip parties and playtimes. She even vacuumed up the tufts of hair they leave when they tussle around! I'm sure the boys were disappointed to see us instead of her when we arrived home! We will most definitely be contacting Crystal for all our pet sitting needs from now on!”

My own cat Piggy is anxious around new people but has loved them since the start. Piggy also has a gluten allergy and they have never fed her anything other than her designated safe food and treats. Finding a caregiver for a pet with dietary needs can be stressful but Andy understands the importance of any special diets to the health of your pet. Overall, they're good about following directions and rules set in place for the safety of your pet and making them feel comfortable with their presence.”
