I grew up with dogs and over the last 10+ years became a huge cat person as well, so I’m comfortable with different personalities and needs. Since I work from home, pets get plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and walks throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. While I prefer weekdays, I may be able to help on weekends with advance notice I always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. In your home, I make sure to follow all instructions closely whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, walk routines, or any specific care your pet needs. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. I keep a clean and secure environment, making sure doors, gates, and leashes are always properly handled. During walks, I stay alert and avoid unsafe situations to keep your pet protected.

About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). I cannot accept boarding in my own home at the moment.

About: Our family has 2 very friendly labs, Gabigool 3 y/o and Pepperoni 1 y/o. Their hobbies are running in the yard, playing fetch/tug of war and cuddling. Gabi and Pepper love making friends with other dogs! Our Cat Joni enjoys watching the dogs play from other side of the room and keeps to herself. No dog is too big or too high energy. As long as you love to play and are good with cats you'll love hanging out at Gabi and Pepper's house! I grew up taking care of our family dogs and now I have two of my own I absolutely love them. I am available for walks and play time Monday through friday. Our lab Pepper loves to chew and eat everything around our house so we keep it well kept and puppy proof! We have a large fenced in yard with plenty of toys to keep your dogs entertained. Gabi loves to run our fence and is always excited to invite friends to join her! Pepper is a pro at playing fetch and loves to share her toys.
