He was very welcoming and obviously loves dogs. After our meet a week before our vacation , I and my family felt completely at ease leaving Bear with Tyler. Andrew provided updates & photos/videos daily which eased our concerns. Did everything they said they would following Quincey's routine. Slow socialization w/their dog Finn was nicely provided & slowly helped our dog get to know others. Walks together was great to see. Laid back and easy to work with as petsitters.
