Had a last minute same day request for our 6 month old puppy Zari! Rebecca responded immediately and was able to accommodate the drop in/walk visit! Communication was excellent. We will be utilizing her again in the future.

It took one walk for Journey to get used to Angelina and now she is so ecstatic to see her. Angelina is so patient and tentative to who Journey is handled. She ask questions and does what she can to replicate how I usually walk and interact with Journey. I so appreciate Angelina.

The two other people I used through Rover definitely love dogs. But, I watched Jessyca's interactions with Rocco in my house and yard, before and after his walk. And, beyond loving dogs, Jessyca seems able to communicate with them.Or at least my dog. It's like she could read his mind. I was very impressed with her professional manner.

About: I've lived with dogs of different breeds and sizes my entire life. My favorite thing is to make them feel loved, which I execute by giving them the care they deserve. I am a college student trying to discover what my passion is. I love dogs and want to expose myself to this field of experience. As a dog lover, I understand an owner's concern for their dog's safety and happiness. My goal is to alleviate these concerns and to ensure their dog is well taken care of so they can take care of their obligation without stress over their pets.

About: "Why choose me?” Because caring for animals isn't just what I do – it's who I am. With five years of hands-on experience in boarding environments, I've honed the skills to provide top-tier care, manage schedules, and understand yours and your pet’s needs best. But more than that, I grew up with a family full of furry & scaly friends (dogs, cats, horses, turtles) instilling in me a deep, natural empathy for every creature. When your pet is with me, they're not just a client; they're an extension of my lifelong passion for animals, receiving dedicated attention and genuine affection. With two pups of my own I understand the importance of routine. My schedule allows for flexibility day-to-day which gives me the luxury of more time for you and your family (pets are family.) Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit for play, or overnight care I am here to accommodate based on your scheduling needs. I provide care in the comfort of the client’s home to keep pets routine consistent. I work with a “leave no trace” policy unless given notice otherwise. Your pet will get all the love and attention needed as well as proper clean up afterwards to keep your pet and home cared for as if you were there.

About: What sets me apart is my personalized approach—treating every pet like my own, with dedicated attention, consistent communication, and a deep understanding of each animal’s unique needs and personality. I work from home all week and have a pretty short working schedule. I have lots of time at home to make sure each pet has the best care they need while the owner is out. Been doing it for so long and it's the best job ever! I have a fenced yard with lots of space, i live in a home in a mixed suburban neighborhood and there's lots of walking space around the block, dog park 5 min away and great space at home (no kids, just my wife)

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a youngster. They have always made my heart happy! Family and friends have trusted me to care for their pets whether it was dog sitting, walking, or just dropping by they have always known their fur babies were in good hands with me! I currently work part time as a Medical Assistant which leaves lots of room for me to do what I love- spend time with dogs. If your dog prefers a furry companion- I have a very well socialized pup of my own who loves to play and go for walks. I am a lover of the outdoors myself so long walks are just as much as a bonus for me as they are for your pup. If your dog prefers to lounge around I can handle that as well!

About: Hey everyone! My name is AJ. I am a student at Pitt studying Psychology! I am a very responsible, safe, cautious & empathetic person. I will always ensure that your pet is safe, taken care of & loved on when they are with me. I am prepared for any medical emergency they may have. I have had pets my whole life, I also have my own fur babies! My mom is an animal lover, is a veterinary assistant and has volunteered a ton with a wildlife center, allowing me extensive experience over the last 20 years. She has always encouraged a love of animals in me and has allowed me to grow up with tons of experience with animal rehabilitation and care. I have experience with medicine giving (pills and shots) as well as some advanced care like subcutaneous fluid. I have had experience with many different animals. Birds, bunnies, dogs, cats, horses, llamas, rodents, even squirrels! I have also cared for many elderly pets. I am super excited to make your buddy feel at home with me. I have a good amount of free time that I would love to use for walking dogs/drop ins. I also am home for most of the week with my own pets, so would be happy to invite someone else in too! I will go above and beyond to care for your pet. Any way I can make them more comfortable, I am willing to do. Like I previously mentioned I have experience with all pets and all ages of pets, so I feel confident in being able to properly care for your fur family member. I have a big heart, and a deep love for every animal. My heart is very full when someone trusts me with their pet because I know how much it takes to leave them with someone as a pet owner myself.

About: I have been taking care of pets for quite some time. Whether it is letting pets out or having them stay with me or staying at the pets home. I have been around dogs my whole life. I am very active, so I can give your pet a lot of exercise on our walks. I have a fenced in yard with dogs behind me who are very friendly. I have an English mastiff weighing 185 lbs, so I feel I can handle just about any dog. I recently separated from my company for which I’ve worked for, for the last 22 yrs instead of finding another office job, I wanted to try to do something that I love to do. I love to exercise and love dogs, so this seems like a perfect match. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile I recently lost my job after being at the company for 22 years. As of now, I don’t have any other commitments that would keep me from performing pet care duties. I am hoping to make this venture a full time gig provided enough people place their trust in me. If you wanted to board your pet with me, I have a split level ranch house with a nice sized yard. There are dogs behind me that love to play with each other and dogs in my yard. There is an old school near me , two large parks and a dog park with hiking trails. Although I would need to drive to those places, but as long is your comfortable with me driving your pet, your pet would have many opportunities to get a lot of exercise. Dogs are permitted, actually encouraged to get on the couches and bed. I have a 17 year old daughter that is with me every other weekend and Wednesdays. However she loves dogs as much as I do, and is great with dogs. In your home, my attitude is im a guest in your home and will treat your home with respect and care. I will walk your dog or play with him/her in your yard if that is preferred. Upon leaving? I will make sure your home will be left as I found it.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 5 years of experience caring for pups of all kinds through pet sitting, walks, and overnight stays for clients, family, and friends. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and personalities—including big and small breeds, puppies, seniors, and even dogs that need a little extra patience or care, including medications and vet appointments. My family has had dogs all my life, including my sweet Vizsla, Clover, who I absolutely adore! I’ve provided care in my own home and in clients’ homes, and I’m comfortable with short drop-ins, walks of any length, hikes, and extended overnight stays. I truly love spending time with dogs and treat every one I care for like my own, making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. With my current schedule, I’m only dog sitting when I am asked by one of my clients at my other job, which is where most of my business comes from. Other than that, I’m the number one friend choice if anyone needs me to stop by and let their dog out or take their dog for a walk. Along with trips to my parents house to help out with my Clover girl. I’m comfortable with however my clients need me to care for their pets. I’m very good with sending pictures throughout the day😂 for overnight stays I’m more comfortable with staying in my home, but open to however you need me to be there for your furry friends.

About: Hi! My name is Plachette, and I've lived with various pets since I was a child. My father was a dog breeder (pitbulls <3), so being surrounded by puppies and dogs is something I've become accustomed to! I have experience with dog walking and sitting multiple breeds at once and administering medication as instructed. While dog sitting at your home, I'll also tend to any messes that are made, bring your newspapers/packages/mail, and give you thorough daily updates of what's going on around the home. Upon request I'm able to provide proof of having 5 star ratings for 150+ services I've already completed for other pet parents. For dog walks, I'm capable of handling small to gigantic dogs. I can work with dogs that pull. I prefer to use a waist leash (I have my own) while walking dogs since it allows me to be hands free and have more control with your pet. Of course, if you prefer your pet's own leash, that's fine too. :) I am self-employed so I am able to make my own schedule for work days and hours. If extended stays or additional pets need longer periods of care, I can adjust to these changes. When pet owners provide me with particular details on how to care for their pets (feeding schedules, administering medication, crating, etc.), I will be a able to provide proper care for any pet.

About: I have grown up my whole life with a dog just until very recently. When my dog passed away, I started offering my services around my neighborhood and continued to connect with our furry friends by walking them around the neighborhood. I have always had a deep love for animals (especially dogs) and love to spend time with them. I found this app and thought it would be a great way to continue to spend time and take care of them! I am currently off for the summer. I am in nursing school taking some time off until the next semester starts. I can work anytime the semester is out. I am going back to school August 24th but would love to sit on the weekends if needed. My home has a built in invisible fence for the dogs, I love petting dogs and playing tug of war or just sitting next to them while I’m reading etc.
