I can't say enough wonderful things about Cassandra! Recently, a storm hit our area — not exactly ideal conditions for anyone. But without hesitation, she went above and beyond her role and helped clean up before carrying on with caring for Harvey. That kind of thoughtfulness and initiative is incredibly rare. She didn't have to do that — but she did it anyway, and it meant the world to me. It's clear she genuinely cares.
