About: Hi! It’s just Libby! I don’t know how to get Stephen off my profile but I’ve had a dog in my life since childhood and I LOVE them. I have fostered in the past and have missed dogs so much. My job requires me to travel a bit so I have resorted to Rover to get my pup fix! I can handle any dog and will make sure they are snuggled and loved to the fullest while also cared for adequately. I work remotely full time but have lots of time to go on walks and take care of pups overnight. My week changes from week to week but know when I travel for work a couple weeks ahead at least so should know when I am available. I will adhere to anything you want me to. I follow directions very well and am a bit of a perfectionist. I’ll make sure you dog or dogs are taken care of and loved.

“Victoria is wonderful! This was our first time leaving our dog with someone other than family for more than a weekend and she made us so comfortable. She sent twice daily updates with how he was doing along with pictures and videos. Franklin can be slow to warm up in a new place and often won't eat for the first day or two but he was completely fine there and ate all meals each day! We have used her again since and have had a similar experience. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and compassionate pet-sitter.”

“Raeann was great with my dog! My dog is very anxious so I was hesitant about leaving him. We set up a meet and great prior to my trip and all my hesitations were gone. She kept me updated constantly and sent pics during the course of my trip to keep me updated. She took him for walks, played with him and made a comfortable environment for him. I will definitely use raeann again.”

“Justin was very welcoming and after a visit together with Watson, I left Alexa in good hands. Justin sent lots of pictures of Alexa and Watson taking walks, and relaxing at home.”

“Colette and her daughters provided excellent care for our pug, Sebastian. She was quick to respond to messages and was very polite. I didn't worry once while I was away and when we picked up Sebastian, we could tell he was well cared for. Thank You Colette!”

“Mary and her family were excellent sitters! She provided detailed updates and pictures throughout Kennedy's entire stay and it was very clear she was well cared for. Sometimes, Kennedy will return home seeming somewhat off, but that wasn't the case here - she received consistent care, attention, and exercise and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!”

“Chang was so good to our Pup! She took her on walks, sent us lots of pictures showing her comfortable hanging out at her house. Communication was great! Highly recommend!”

“I can not recommend Amy highly enough! She was our savior this week when a personal trip piled on top of a work trip and then an unexpected funeral. Amy went above and beyond to not only watch our boys, but to love hem so well. She sent photos at just the right times that I needed to see them. Love her!”
“Melissa and her family welcomed Yogi and took care of him really well! I was nervous to leave him but with all the communication and update I felt better! Thanks for adhering to all of Yogis needs.”

About: I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember and have been caring for cats and dogs since I was a little girl. Growing up with pets taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and understanding that every animal has their own unique personality and needs. Over the years, I've cared for and babysat pets for friends, family, and neighbors, earning their trust through dependable, compassionate care. My experience includes caring for cats and dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments—from playful puppies and energetic dogs to senior pets who need a little extra patience and attention, as well as independent cats and affectionate lap cats alike. I understand that some pets warm up quickly while others need time to build trust, and I always let them set the pace. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, cleaning litter boxes, or simply providing companionship and comfort while you're away, I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and well cared for, while giving you peace of mind knowing they're in reliable hands. I work full time out of the home, but can be available to board animals overnight on weekdays for (1) night with a pick up by 7:30 AM the following day and can board or house-visit over the weekend (Drop off Friday after 4PM thru Sundays-pick up by 5 pm Sunday). I can do house visits any week day after 4 PM. I have a fenced in backyard and a very walkable, safe neighborhood. My home is a pet's paradise with lots of comfy couches and plenty of space to run and play, and windows for clocking in for Neighborhood Watch :) I don't mind animals sleeping with me, if they want to! Otherwise, plenty of places for furry ones to nap and snooze whenever they choose.
“Natasha is an excellent dog sitter. She and her family provided a welcoming environment for our dog for her 2 day stay. Natasha’s dog Snoopy was so sweet. I loved seeing the photos of the dogs playing together. Natasha’s children are great with the dogs too. Natasha doesn’t have a fenced yard, but she took our dog out for frequent neighborhood walks and used a spiral stake with long leash for supervised outdoor time. Our dog was given so much attention and love; I couldn’t be happier with using Natasha as a sitter. I’ve already booked her for another visit!”

“Breanna was so wonderful watching my pup, Kira, for the weekend! They went on walks, met other dog friends, and got doggy ice cream. She was thorough about asking if Kira had allergies and how she reacted to other dogs beforehand, which was much appreciated! I will absolutely go with Breanna again next time Kira needs to be watched over a weekend!”

“Joe watched our dog at his house and also stopped in to check on our cat while we were on vacation. He responded quickly, was really flexible with drop off and pick up, and sent lots of pictures. Definitely recommended!”

“Maria and Tony were great! Very good communication during our vacation with plenty of pictures, they made the entire experience as easy as possible. We were initially worried about going on vacation and leaving our 4mo puppy behind, those worries faded fast, I could tell quickly that our girl was in good hands and very happy. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them or using them again”
“Madyson was excellent with my dog Copper! His stay with her and Sparky involved lots of play time, cuddles, and great communication with us! Madyson is very attentive with any needs Copper has. I would highly recommend her!”

“Dara was absolutely fantastic - she took good care of Leo and sent updates and pictures. She really saved us and kept Leo one day longer than planned, because we were late because of a canceled flight.”

“Our dogs always have a great time when they stay with Valerie. They get tons of walks, playtime, and plenty of time to be couch potatoes. She is very good at sending updates and pictures and I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“Cooper had the best weekend with Jen, Devin and Batman...lots of walks, cuddles and special care. I always looked forward to the text updates with pictures and was reassured that he was in the best hands!”

Truly our dogs are our fur children and leaving them with anyone causes hesitation and Rafael understood that concern. Rafael and his family were absolutely amazing with Giotto. Photographs and updates were sent. The response time for any questions I had was immediate. The transition home was almost painless - it was almost like Giotto had found a second home. I will be using him again for both short- and long-term visits.

I feel so fortunate to have found Tyler to care for my very active and rambunctious 9- month old golden retriever. Tyler is very dog savvy and understood the challenges he had. He walked my dog several times a day meeting new people and dogs. Just the kind of socialization a young dog needs. I loved the daily updates and pictures Tyler sent. My dog seemed to be having such a good time, I doubt he missed me at all.

Our schedule was erratic and included my mistake in scheduling. Sima and her family were gracious hosts and worked with our schedule. I received updates on how our doggo was doing everyday. It has been a pleasure working with them, I would definitely consider them next time we are in town.

Kiah is fantastic! She sent frequent updates and pictures and I felt such peace of mind knowing that my dog was loved and having the best time with Kiah and her pets. She did a great job handling my dog’s allergies and reactivity and I would absolutely book with her again.

Shannon and Steven took WONDERFUL care of our little guy, Finn! The pictures they sent of him all cuddled up on their couch and playing with their own super cute puppies were delightful. Seeing how much fun he was having and how well he was taken care of made our days while we were gone. We hope to set up some playdates with their dogs again soon!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
