“Ashley was absolutely amazing! She took the time to come meet my wife and me (and the dogs!) ahead of time, asked great questions, and showed real enthusiasm about caring for our pups. She kept us updated with photos and messages the whole time, and we felt completely comfortable knowing they were in great hands. She even grabbed our mail and packages for us. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!”

“Phineas did a great job watching Dude. He spent ample time with him, and played fetch consistently. Dude has been looking for him since we got back. Highly recommend Phineas for dog/house sitting. He communicated well and we felt confident Dude was well taken care of. He left our house clean and our dog happy. Thanks Phineas!”

“Daniel was so helpful during his stay at our house! He helped bring the garbage in, collected our packages that were delivered while we were gone and even helped water our plants. We recieved daily pictures and updates about the animals and even an update of wind damage our property endured while we were hone. We will happily have Daniel help us again with our future trips!”

“This was the first time we’ve used a pet sitter and we were very comfortable leaving our 4 fur babies in Jenn’s care. She took great care of them, sent daily updates and pics which really meant a lot to us. All of the dogs and our cat took to her immediately, will definitely hire Jenn again”

“Jersey was absolutely phenomenal! Luna loved her! Jersey sent me pictures and updates on her and how things were going. She was taken on walks and played with and was even tired out when I came home! She brought her dog with her (with permission) so Luna got plenty of play time. Overall Jersey was polite, punctual and an amazing dog sitter. I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“We recommend Debra with the highest rating. She exceeded our expectations in house and dog sitting! She could not have been more kind, patient and professional in taking care of our dog who is tricky since he is a rescue. She is super dependable, loving, and considerate. What a wonderful gift it is to have her in our dog care program. We hope we can have her back in the future!”

“I was leaving my new puppy alone with an unfamiliar house pet sitter overnight for the first time and Cassie made me feel instantly comfortable. She knows how to build rapport with both her clients and dogs. She consistently provided pictures and updates. I felt good knowing my little guy was in safe hands.”

“Marigold watched my three dogs and house over a weekend. She sent photos and kept me updated on the dogs well-being. She was respectful of my house. I highly recommend Marigold.”

About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. So, I know how important it is to be mindful of someone’s else’s home and their four-legged (sometimes three) loved ones.
“Autummn was wonderful! Took great care of our older, cautious dog and out active younger dog. Great communication and came home to spotless house and happy dogs.”

About: I take care of dogs and cats of all ages! I will be happy to match your pets’ typical routine, diet, habits, and learn their personality! As a pet parent, I understand the need for assurance when my pet is in someone else’s care. I will send daily photos/videos to update you on your pet’s behavior, activity, and well-being, while you’re away! I have lots of experience handling high energy dogs (as most of the dogs I care for are Golden Retrievers). Also, I am able to give your dog or cat oral medication. I value communication, so I try my best to respond to you as soon as possible. It is my mission to make your pet feel comfortable & loved… Just like their humans never left! I’m currently available full time which allows me to give my full undivided attention to your pet. I enjoy daily walks- So incorporating one or two into pet care would not alter my normal routine. Our day usually starts with breakfast, followed by a nice walk. My dog loves playing fetch, so we often add that in for extra engagement and exercise. When needed, I give my dog a bath and a good brushing to help manage shedding.

Cassie was fantastic. We have an Australian Shepherd who can be selective with people, and Lucy bonded with Cassie almost immediately. She was attentive, responsible, and genuinely cared for Lucy the entire time we were away. We were upfront that we have security cameras in the house, and everything we saw only reinforced how great Cassie was. She spent real time with Lucy, took her on walks, cuddled her, and treated her like her own dog. Cassie was very responsive, sent frequent updates and great photos, and gave us complete peace of mind. Most importantly, Lucy was calm, comfortable, and clearly happy. We would absolutely trust Cassie again and highly recommend her.

Emily went above and beyond with my kitties, Marv and Maisy. First time I’ve used Rover and I was relieved at how much of a good job Emily was doing and giving me amazing daily updates. I haven’t been gone that long and my cats are as normal as they can be when I got home rather than being stand-off ish and hiding. Highly recommend Emily to take care of your pets.

Devastated that this is the last 5 star review we can give Maria as she is wrapping up as a dog sitter. She has been our go to sitter for several years now, and our dogs absolutely adore her and her boyfriend. Congratulations Maria, and good luck on the next phase of your life!
