“Chris and her family are the most loving and caring people. We have absolute total peace of mind when we leave our little pup with her. She’s always incredibly easy to communicate with and sends the sweetest updates. We hope she never stops watching, she’s our person without a doubt. Thank you Chris🩷”

“We were nervous dropping our pup off. This is the first time he’s ever had to stay with anybody else. He was well taken care of, and seems to have gotten lots of love, playtime, and cuddles while we were gone!! They also went out of their way to make sure he was safe by using one of their personal harnesses because she was nervous about him escaping from his collar. She was very responsive, overall a great experience.”

“It was my first time using a dog sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Angelia took amazing care of Piper and kept me at ease the whole time. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend her!”

“Rebecca did an incredible job taking care of our Mowgli. We got status updates, pictures and video so we knew how Mowgli was doing. Our pup loved their dogs and we will for sure book with Rebecca and her family again.”

“Ashley and her family are amazing! My dog has never been away from us before & we were nervous about leaving her somewhere, just thought she’d cry the whole time. We were wrong Abbie too to her family so so well. I had no worries about Abbie my whole trip! Ashley sends tons of pictures! I will be booking with her again”

“This is the second time we’ve used Alissa and both times have been the most amazing of experiences for our puppy. Our Riyah is a very nervous and skittish lab and they were patient and so loving, super knowledgeable about dealing with many different breeds and temperaments of dogs. I felt so at ease leaving my girl there and got pics and updates. Second call at for Riyah was longer and our puppy recognized and immediately felt comfortable and was a different pup this time, more social, made some puppy friends and socialized so much, which was amazing for me as sn owner to see her come out of her shell. These experiences could have set Riyah back, but because of their genuine love and kindness with our dog, she felt like a part of their extended doggy family. What a comfort as a dog owner, who has a puppy with some quips, to know she is the best of hands and care while I’m away. Thank you so much, she loves coming over and I love knowing she’s loved and understood. Would recommend to anyone. Their ratings and repeats are for a reason, they know what they’re doing and are true dog people.”

“Kimberly was so great with my dog. Her daughter loved playing with him too. They were attentive and sent update photos daily. I felt very confident that my dog was being cared for and was having a wonderful time!”

“Hailee was so helpful with watching my two dogs! I know they were in good care as I was away for a business trip! If you are looking for a rover option, Hailee is the one! Thanks again.”

“We just adopted our dog and had only had her for a few weeks. We couldn’t take her on a trip we had planned and Laura was amazing!! Our dog was really nervous and she worked with her and she did so good. We will be using Laura again for sure!”

“Felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her. She sent pictures and videos and Daisy seemed to be having a great time. Cindy is also so sweet and personable. Will definitely use her for my baby again!”

“Things went well using Steven R to care for our dog, Gus. He communicated well with us & let us come for a visit beforehand to check things out. They had a nice big yard. Gus got along with his 2 dogs, and I like the fact that he doesn't take on a ton of dogs all at once. Two of Steven's daughters seemed to take an interest in Gus to give him some love & attention. We would certainly take Gus there again!”
“Cassi and her family took wonderful care of my Goldendoodle! Cassi sent great pictures and updates and he was happy and healthy when I picked him up! I would not hesitate to leave my fur baby with her again!”

Bailey is the best! We keep coming back because we know she takes good care of our dog Cookie while we are away. Our dog always jumps right out of the car and runs up to her. Cookie loves Bailey! She's great at communicating and awesome to send updates. Thanks for another great experience ❤️

Sandy is very personable and knowledgeable about dogs. Since our first meeting, she has provided info about how she cares for dogs, her own as well as others. Cooper liked Sandy & her home and yard right away. He was happy to leave with her and happy to come home. She was kind and understanding about the nervous peedles. Sandy sent videos showing Cooper having fun running, and playing with a dog she provides daycare for which I appreciated. I provided Cooper's food, but when he charmed her into giving a little more rice with carrots and green beans, she cooked more for him. Will definitely ask Sandy and Chris to take care of Cooper again.

Our absolute favorites. They love our dog like he is their own, and then some. We actually feel bad picking him back up every time because we know he is having so much fun and being so well cared for. They are always so patient, communicative, and kind. We always check with them first and can’t recommend enough.

Christina was super attentive in her care for our dog Lizzi. She kept in touch with us and shared photos too. She took her on walks and Lizzi even ate her food which is hit and miss typically. I could tell Lizzi was happy and in good spirits when we picked her up. Much better experience than a local pet boarding company who had so many dogs it was overstimulating. Will hire her again! 😃

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
