I have experience fostering for a variety of rescue organizations, caring for animals with different ages, personalities, and needs. I was raised around all kinds of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, and more, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve also volunteered with veterinary clinics and gained hands on experience through rescue work. I’m comfortable working with different animals and enjoy making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Brooklyn was great. We had a bit of a health emergency with the dog not related to her and she handled it well. She had good communication throughout and provided good updates.

Schedule
I’m home most of the day, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the attention and care they need. I’m able to work pet care into my daily routine and can be flexible with feeding times, walks, and bathroom breaks. I do have a toddler at home, so I like to discuss each pet’s needs and routine ahead of time to make sure it’s a good fit.

I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I take the time to get to know each animal and their routine, since every pet is different. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special needs they may have. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and bathroom breaks. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I treat them like my own and always do my best to keep them happy and stress free.

A typical day
A typical day depends on the pet and what they enjoy. We might go for walks, play outside, work on some basic training, or just hang out and relax. I love giving pets plenty of attention and letting them be themselves. Whether they’re high energy and want to play or prefer a lazy day with lots of cuddles, I make sure they get the care and attention they need.
