Jovana was such a great hostess for our dogs while we went to Lagoon. They felt right at home with her and she sent us pictures and updates throughout the day.

Very active with our dogs. Personable and courteous.

This was our first time traveling without our puppy and Jovana was amazing! She went above and beyond to make him feel loved and at home. We really appreciated the consistent updates about his day and she also sent the cutest photos. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend. Thank you again!

Jovana seemed to get along with our dogs well but proved not to be the right fit for us. She did send pictures daily and we were grateful our dogs got the people interaction they need. Unfortunately, on Jovana’s last night with our dogs, I received multiple messages from multiple neighbors stating one of my dogs was distressed in the backyard and may have also gotten out of our house/yard and attacked a neighbor on a walk. I contacted Jovana immediately but she did not respond. I sent my family over to retrieve our dogs and take them for the night and told Jovana to end her service early. She responded 45 minutes later. Turns out, when we finally did get all the pieces from the neighbors and Jovana, that unfortunately Jovana did not listen to the written direction we left her to put our dog in the crate when she left the house. Jovana told us she thought he would be fine for the two hours she was gone, but while she was gone, our dog jumped out the kitchen window panicked and frantic (which is why we crate him, because he is stressed when alone and the crate makes him feel safe). So he jumped out the window, scared the crap out of our neighbors on a walk, then charged THROUGH our chain link gate and remained in our backyard the rest of the time thankfully. Jovana did not respond because she left our dogs, and her phone, at our home while she went home for personal care. Thankfully, our dogs are safe and not injured. But we have several repairs to make and it was a terrifying hour because she made a grave mistake. We also left pre prepared meals for our dogs, specifically labeled with their names and “breakfast” or “dinner” clearly marked on the containers - and left this message in our notes as well - yet when we arrived home all the meals remaining are labeled breakfast. Meaning she did not follow those directions either, which is a huge problem for us since they each get medication in their meals. We wish Jovana well but will not require her service again.

Jovana was great with our dog Gannon! She helped us out in and took great care of him. We will absolutely be using her again in the future!

Jovana was wonderful! Bailey loved spending time with her, and she stayed in contact with pictures, etc. which made things super comforting for me.
