“Christine and Matthew are wonderful! Great communication and very accommodating. Ollie is always a little nervous when I first leave him somewhere new, but he couldn’t have been more happy and calm when I picked him up. Will definitely try to book with them again in the future. Highly recommend”

“Meghan was awesome, she took great care of my dog and kept me updated throughout the stay, she's also a great photographer so you'd get nice shots of your pets, a 100% recommended.”

“Kara took fantastic care of my very shy rescue dog during his overnight stay. She was patient and reassuring during the meet and greet, which helped him feel comfortable and me not feel so nervous! He loved exploring her fenced-in yard, and I really appreciated the great communication and frequent photos throughout his stay. He looked genuinely happy and comfortable when I picked him up. I will definitely book with Kara again.”

“Joan and Duncan are a great team. We brought our dog with us on a trip to see our son at university. Joan and Duncan were willing to take him in a cone. They made him comfortable and he was happy to go to them a second day. Highly recommend.”

“It appears Nicholas enjoyed his time with Mary too much! He has been moping around the house getting used to a home without more people and pets. It was great receiving daily pictures and the care couldn’t have been more loving. I will definitely try to book with Mary whenever I travel in the future.”

“Lucy was awesome! She took great care of our dog over Thanksgiving. She sent us pictures every day of him playing fetch, going for hikes and relaxing on the couch. Highly recommended if you want a great pet sitter! She'll take great care of your dog.”

“This was our first time leaving our sweet girl, and we went back and forth on different options. We ultimately decided to try an overnight sitter first, with the plan to move forward if it felt like a good fit—and we’re so glad we did. Kai is a rescue, so we’re always a bit concerned about how she’ll do around other dogs. But at Maya’s, Kai becomes a completely different dog! She plays with Maya’s little Milo and seems to love Maya just as much as she loves being with us. During her first stay, Kai was a little nervous, but the second time—when we brought her for a longer stay—it felt like a full-on reunion. She was so excited to see Maya and Milo, and that gave us all the reassurance we needed to truly relax while we were away. Maya went above and beyond by sending us tons of pictures and videos of Kai’s “vacation,” and it genuinely looked like she was having the best time. In fact, we even came home a day early and still let Kai stay the extra day because she was clearly having such a blast! We will absolutely continue to use Maya as our go-to sitter. She loves the furbabies like her own, and Milo is just as sweet and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!”

About: I've been helping take care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, when my family got my childhood dog, Roxie. Since then I've ben helping neighbors, friends and of course my family take care of their pets. Mostly dogs but also some cats. We raised out current dog Freya as a puppy, and while frustrating and difficult, it was also very fun and rewarding. I'm very pleased to see how far she's come from the tiny little ball of energized razor teeth that she was! I am a Geologist with lots of regional travel involved. When I am not traveling I am often working from home, so I work and simultaneously take care of my dog, Freya. For sitting/boarding/walking services I would be confined to weekends only with few exceptions. Requests for non weekends are welcomed though, I may be able to help if I am in town! I have a fenced in yard with a pool. I understand the pool may be a worry, so I wouldn't let your pet outside unless I am with him/her. Upon request, I can take your pet outside on a leash. We have one dog and two cats in our house. All are friendly towards other animals, but if you'd like more information about any of our pets please let me know!
“My little one had such a great experience with Polina. She was very kind and her family was welcoming. Throughout the stay, I was updated and sent photos. I will definitely work with her in future.”

“Thank you again Erix! In town for family weekend and Erix was able to accommodate us at the last minute. Erix said our Coco is awesome and we think Erix is awesome too!!”

About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I live in a single story, ranch house that has a fully fenced back yard. I do not have children at home that we would need to worry about and I'm very respectful if needed to go into a client's home. Safety and security are always at the forefront.
“Georgianne was wonderful for my dog Vera! It was my first time using Rover so I was very nervous but she did a wonderful job responding to me when I asked for updates and sent me photos and videos. My dog was very comfortable with her and loved her backyard! I would have Georgianne watch my dog again :)”

“Bean had a great time with Irina! He wanted to stay and keep playing when we picked him up. We’ll definitely be using her in the future when we need someone to watch him.”

“Yakelin is a miracle worker! She was not only available last minute, but was expertly qualified to handle our 2 husky puppies! The most impressive part is that they came back even more well behaved than when we dropped them off! I wish I could leave 100 stars!!!”

“Our dog Ella is very shy so we are always worry about boarding her but she was in good hands and we received many photos/videos to set our minds at ease. Will use Huijun’s service in the future!”

“Very nice and friendly pet sitter. Will definitely go back. She was really nice to my kitten and also bought her a toy. She even gave me updates on my kitty so that I was not too worried about her. Loved Margaret’s service!”
