About: I'm a pet-loving mother of four with three children in college—and enjoying the wonderful pets I have met through this site. I have lived in Scotch Plains for almost 15 years. I watch several dogs regularly on a private basis and am excited to be part of the Rover community. I grew up with a beloved menagerie that included three cats, two beloved dachshunds and a poodle and have enjoyed watching a variety of dogs, including a bulldog, a French bulldog, a Bernese, a labradoodle, and, of course, mixed breeds. I love walking and daily yoga and look forward to helping your pets get the fresh air, activity and affection they need when you are working or otherwise busy. She came to the house to meet Toby a few days before the actual sitting and it was great, in general he is afraid of other people and has Separation Anxiety, but with her he was all happy and playful. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since high school! Was never lucky enough to have one for myself, but that’s what makes petsitting so special for me. I love spending time with animals and I truly value the time spent while petsitting! I have currently been petsitting a 1 yr old Staffy/bully mix since she was just a few months old and I love her! I am a full time lab technician and have flexible hours to watch over your furbabies! I have a full time job that is very flexible with my hours. I work as a lab technician so it has taught me to be detail oriented, punctual, and patient. I am free outside of work and would love to occupy my time, whenever need be, to help someone else who needs help watching their dog or cat! My biggest worry is not letting your furbabies run loose! I always check my surroundings before entering a home and be cautious so that no animal runs out or gets hurt in the process. While taking care of pets it is easy to let them run wild and have fun, but we can also do so without making the home messy!
