Our love for the Alameda and our neighbors motivates us to put our lifetime of experience caring for animals and homes to practical use. Allow us to provide you with peace-of-mind when you are away at work or on vacation. We both are fortunate to work from home so we have the ability to pop out throughout the day. We love starting the day with a walk and regularly punctuate our work day with walks, puppy playdates, and housekeeping. We can work with you to determine the best schedule. We will work with you to define your comfort levels, your dog's comfort levels, typical routines, typical red flags, typical triggers, and any danger areas or "no-fly zones" in your home or around the neighborhood.

“Toon was incredible! First off I booked him with less than a days notice for a 6:30 drop off and he was happy to accommodate us. Then he keep us up to date on how Binx was doing all day knowing we were at a water polo tournament. Binx came home so clearly happy and exhausted. It is easy to see she was happy, safe and had the best day ever.”

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life (plus horses, goats, cows, chickens, guinea pigs and hamsters). The last 20 years I have had Frenchies and English bulldogs. I've adopted many from shelters, however, several showed up on my porch and adopted me. I am currently available 24/7. I can watch dogs in your home or mine. I am available to walk them on a set schedule, which I do with my dog regularly. I currently have a French bulldog, our day consists of reward based training/walks, endless love, healthy treats, enrichment toys, and hikes. I would like to offer this to other pets as well. I am understanding of any dogs special needs or diets. We run a routine program as far as food, feeding time and exercise. I will only board your dog(s)/cat(s) along with mine. I do not double book as I want to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

I also care for my housemate’s cat when he is away. I go on a lot of walks with my dog and would love to help walking yours! I really enjoy walking and spending time with pets and I am usually pretty open every day. I work remote and have a pretty flexible schedule so I’m able to accommodate whatever works best for you. I am happy to follow any and all guidelines you have for your pets at home and during walks. Just let me know and I will comply!

About: Hi, I’m Eleanna and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! I grew up spending time in my Greek village, I was always rescuing and caring for stray pets. I rescued my own stray kittens, spent time on Greek farms surrounded by dogs and cats, and later fostered and rescued three cats and a dog in the US. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for family and friends, caring for pets of all ages and needs, including my own elderly dog and cat, who I cared for in their golden years. Losing them in the last two years was heartbreaking, but it has only deepened my love and appreciation for animals. I have so much love and time to give to your pets! I work remotely from home, so your pet will have constant companionship, care, and attention throughout the day. Whether they need frequent potty breaks, regular walks, playtime, or just someone to snuggle with. I live in a pet-friendly, walkable neighborhood with easy access to parks and walking trails. My home has a large, fenced grassy yard, perfect for playtime. For senior doggies or those with mobility issues, I even have a pet stroller to make sure they can enjoy walks comfortably. I’d love to meet you and your furry family and want to be a person that you can depend on to feel safe and trusting with your fur baby. My schedule is generally flexible, and I work from home so I can be with the fur babies all day and take them on multiple walks. I keep a very calm and serene environment in my home and make sure to spend a ton of time outside with the doggies enjoying the backyard. For house sitting I ensure to follow the owner”s instructions and rules so their pet feels most comfortable and I am very tidy and respectful of their space.

About: You can say I was raised by a pack of dogs. My family ran a Boxer Rescue organization through our home while being active members of the Easy Bay Boxer Club. I helped rehabilitate, train and care for Boxers of all ages. My family also bred and showed Boxers. I had a Boxer of my own in college and worked in a dog grooming salon as well. I've been the go-to sitter for many of friends who have pets. My dog Mendo and I have also lived with cats and fostered cats so happy to hang with the feline friends. I have also fostered and helped find forever homes for puppies through Alameda Animal Shelter. To sum it up, I have a lifetime of experience with a big heart for all animals. About me, I am a working professional but work from home most days. I am healthy and active so there's no dog I can't walk and play with! I work from home most days and can dictate my schedule around pets. I wake up by 8am and go to bed by 10pm so my hours are very consistent. I have a fenced yard that the dogs can go in and out of freely. My dog and I got out on walks and/ dog park at least 2x a day.

Crystin J.
“Hello! Crystin is the best dog sitter, she happily watches my 60 pound red nose pitpull who is difficult to manage. Crystin get's down on the floor and romps around with my pup, just like she likes it. Shaanka get's so excited to see Crystin, loses her mind when she see's her coming down the street and can't be quelled until Crystin gives her the long awaited affection. I very rarely trust people to even take my dog out to pee because of her challenging behavior, and I do feel comfortable with Crystin watching her. Crystin also correctly puts on a knee brace and takes care to manage Shaanka's existing injury in the best way possible.”
