About: I am a dog walker and trainer based in Emeryville. I am currently working towards my CTC to improve my training skills. I have experience training dogs big and small in single and multi dog homes. I use positive reinforcement (usually food) in my training and do not use aversive tools for training. I love teaching all sorts of behaviors, but especially love training good manners and leash walking skills. I offer regular dog walking for enrichment and exercise as well as training walks that work on walking and public behaviors. For pet sitting: I have owned large and small dogs, cats, insects, rats, fish, and other birds. I have owned a diabetic dog who requires insulin twice a day and a cat who received pills every day for her thyroid. I have experience giving medicine both orally and via shot using positive reinforcement. I’m am currently taking classes learning to be a dog trainer, I am looking for walking clients to get more experience with all types of dogs. I have an amazing friendly dog who is a Guide Dogs for the Blind career change. He is a working service dog, so he may come to sits or on walks if it’s appropriate.

Sydney is an absolute sweetheart, and she's incredibly warm and friendly to both humans and dogs. We had our dog Sadie spend the day at Sydney's adorable doggie cottage, and we let her know that Sadie is still somewhat new to us, and somewhat apprehensive around new people. I could tell Sydney made every effort to make sure Sadie felt safe and comfortable. When we picked her up, Sydney was so excited to tell us that Sadie had actually rolled over for belly rubs, which is a definite win! It's so great to know that Sadie has a safe and comfy space at Sydney's, and we certainly hope to use her again soon!
I had a great experience with Korin! I left Maru with her for a few hours while we went out for a late dinner. Our dinner ran a little longer than expected, but she was so understanding and patient. We really appreciated their flexibility and kindness. Would definitely book with them again! ❤️

Angela took exceptional care of our dog, Kona, while we were on vacation. From the moment we left, we had complete peace of mind knowing Kona was in such loving and capable hands. Angela is incredibly reliable, caring, and attentive. She treated Kona like family, making sure she was well cared for, comfortable, and given plenty of love and attention. We especially appreciated the updates, photos and videos, which helped us relax and enjoy our time away knowing Kona was happy and safe. When we came home, Kona was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for, a true reflection of the love and attention Angela provided. Kristen did an amazing job with Chummy who is naturally fearful of new people! She was patient and over the course of the day Chummy slowly warmed up to her. I was also worried Chummy might have accidents in the house due to anxiety and being in a new environment. However, Kristen naturally took her out every 2 hours which gave her plenty of potty breaks to avoid any incidents. I also appreciated the updates and pictures Kristen sent throughout the course of the day

As a first time Rover user, we hit the jackpot with Juliana and Katherine. It was our pup’s first experience at daycare (he thought it was a play date); and he had so much fun and adventure. He was so excited to go the next day that he pulled me up the stairs to their house. He had two sweet pups to play with and a fun yard to explore. Juliana was very attentive and shared pictures; I didn’t have any worries. Highly recommend!
