Information Benny H. would like to know about your pet

Before your dog stays with me, it’s helpful to know a few key things so I can give them the best care possible: • Any behavioral issues (reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety, resource guarding, etc.) • Crate training experience – Are they comfortable in a crate, or will we need to work on that? • Feeding schedule and dietary needs – Including allergies or medications • Socialization history – Are they okay around other dogs or people? • Energy level and how they like to exercise • Previous training – What commands they know or what you’re currently working on • Any fears or sensitivities – Like loud noises, being handled, or specific triggers • Vet info and emergency contact The more I know up front, the better I can create a safe, structured, and fulfilling experience for your dog!

A typical day

I believe a fulfilled dog is a happy dog! While staying with me, your pup will enjoy a mix of structured activities and fun downtime. Some of the things I do with the dogs I watch include: • Structured walks to practice leash manners and burn energy • Playtime in the backyard, including fetch, tug, or just exploring safely • Basic obedience training to reinforce good manners and keep their minds engaged • Crate rest and downtime for proper balance and decompression • Confidence-building games and exposure to different environments • For social dogs, supervised group play or parallel walks Every dog is different, so I tailor the activities to their energy level, personality, and training goals. Whether they need calm structure or high-energy fun, I make sure their day is both enjoyable and enriching!

Pet care experience

Hi! I’m a full-time balanced dog trainer with over 5 years of hands-on experience, and I’m excited to now offer boarding and board-and-train services! Whether your dog is crate trained or not, reactive with people or dogs, or just needs structure and exercise while you’re away—I’ve got you covered. I specialize in behavior modification, so even dogs with more challenging needs are welcome here. Your dog will enjoy: • A fully fenced backyard • Plenty of daily engagement, training, and enrichment • Multiple crates and cozy dog beds available as needed • Walking access to a nearby dog park Understanding canine body language and preventing issues before they arise is at the core of what I do. My mission is to provide every dog in my care with structure, fulfillment, and a safe, enriching environment. Ready to work together or book a stay? Let’s chat—I’d love to meet you and your dog!

Benny was great with Tank and communicated well throughout Tank’s stay. Would not hesitate to have him watch our pup again!

This is the 2nd time, we leave Nala, our female German Shepard with Benny. Upon dropping her off, she was very excited to see him and eagerly went with him. We are very pleased with Benny's care.
