About: Working as a teacher and pet sitter have taught me many of the same skills: patience, communication, responsibility, and genuine care. I’ve traveled across the U.S. to pet sit for both cats and dogs, and I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. I’m attentive to owners’ instructions and take their trust seriously. Whether it’s keeping up with a feeding schedule, making sure a dog gets plenty of exercise, or giving a shy cat some extra space and patience, I do my best to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I currently work as a substitute teacher, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I have plenty of time before and after work to provide attentive care, and I’m generally able to adjust my schedule around a pet’s needs. I live a calm lifestyle and enjoy spending time at home, so pets get plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I have a safe, comfortable home with a backyard where pets can get some fresh air and space to explore. I also live right next to a park with a designated pet area and plenty of greenery, which makes it easy to provide regular walks and outdoor time. I want pets in my care to feel comfortable and at home, while also following their owner’s routines, instructions, and preferences.

About: I’ve taken care of my dogs since I was 12 and grew up with dogs since I was a baby. I enjoy all animals, so am happy to be of service to any pets! I helped potty train the dog we got when I was 12 and also taught him all of his tricks. I love being around animals so please reach out if you need any services! I will be home from college toward the end of May until he middle of August and am available Monday through Saturday at any time. I will always keep my eyes on your pet when they’re outside and will make sure that they obey house rules if they are indoors.

About: I grew up with a Great Dane who I cared for from childhood until she passed, and she’s the reason I’ve loved pets my whole life. Since then, I’ve helped take care of family and friends’ dogs of all sizes. Today I have an 11-year-old chihuahua (Camila) who is healthy, loved, and very used to having little pups around and a 5-year-old Weimaraner (Lolo) who was literally ‘trained’ by Camila to be gentle and respectful with small dogs. We also have a 16-month-old baby who has learned to be calm, gentle, and loving with pets. Your pup will be in a loving, kind, safe, and experienced home. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to give consistent attention and supervision to your pup throughout the day. My son is in daycare during daytime hours, so the home stays calm, quiet, and perfect for small dogs. I have a fenced backyard and a fenced front yard where dogs can safely explore under my supervision. I only care for a small number of pups at a time to keep the environment calm and safe. My two pups are gentle, respectful of small breeds, and all interactions are always supervised. I can also separate or crate dogs if needed to match their routine.

I am comfortable with feeding schedules, fresh water, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, dog walking, playtime, and routine medication support. I understand the importance of following instructions closely, watching for changes in behavior, and keeping owners updated during each visit. For medication care, I can assist with routine owner-directed medication such as pills, liquid medication, eye drops, ear drops, and topical medication. Written instructions are required so I can follow your pet’s normal care routine accurately. I offer drop-in visits and dog walking by appointment. My schedule may vary depending on location and existing bookings, but I do my best to keep visits consistent with your pet’s normal routine. For first-time clients, I prefer a meet-and-greet before confirming the booking so I can learn your pet’s routine, feeding instructions, medication needs, behavior notes, and home access instructions. For pets with medication needs, please provide clear written instructions in advance, including medication name, dosage, timing, and what to do if your pet refuses the medication. Safety and trust are very important to me. I follow owner instructions carefully, keep dogs leashed during walks, use your preferred walking route when provided, check doors and gates before leaving, and provide clear visit updates with photos. During each visit, I make sure food and water are refreshed, potty or litter box needs are handled, and your pet’s area is left clean and secure. I also pay attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy level, or anything that seems unusual, and I will update you right away if I notice a concern. I only provide drop-in visits and dog walking at the pet owner’s home. I do not offer boarding or daycare, so pets remain in their own familiar environment.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for more than 35 years for neighbors, friends and family including special needs, vision impaired, in diapers, senior/older dogs, aggressive behaviors as well as big and small. I’ve cared for many breeds both in their homes as well as my home. I’m a professional musician and I work 1-3 nights/week so my schedule varies and is flexible when planned in advance. I can sit in your home or mine. I try to schedule around my part time work schedule. My retired husband is my dog sitting partner so we can accommodate most schedules. Our home has a fenced backyard and a friendly mixed pointer and pug to keep your dog company. The dogs can enjoy the backyard frequently through the day, the back door is often kept open. During the night the dogs and are kept indoors from 12am-7:30am. Dogs can see on their own dog beds or even our sofas. We are a dog family and we’ve housed many dogs through the years. When caring for your dogs in your home, I try to maintain your routines as much as possible. I give lots of affection, petting frequently, brushing once a day. If owner prefers, I allow pets to sit with me, on me. I prefer not to sleep with them. However, if that is what they are accustomed to I am willing. Please warn me if they are loud snorers (like my husband lol)
