Suzu was so thoughtful to keep us updated while we were away and even ended up re-locating herself and the dogs to a safer location with better air quality to ensure they would all be safe, unharmed, and away from any potential hazardous smoke inhalation. My husband and I were gone for the whole week, but we knew that Ruby was 100% in the best hands being taken care of. She sent plenty of videos, photos, and updates of what they were doing and ensuring that Ruby was happy and well taken care of. So appreciative of Suzu and the quick action she took during this emergency situation!”
