We had a nice meet & greet type of session where he really tried to learn about our pup, our routines and what we were looking for. Upon dropping our pup off with him, he was very careful and thoughtful about building comfort with our pup. He took the time to ween him away from us, so it wouldn't be so jarring. As it was our pups first time being left someplace without us - we were all nervous. Wayne acknowledged this and made it as comforting as possible. He maintained good communication throughout the watch period, providing daily summaries and some truly great photos. Even as our return home was delayed, he was great at adapting to support us in collecting our pup. Thanks again Wayne, we really appreciate you.”

On Jamie's first day with Barbara, she took him to pet store so he could choose a new toy. Then, before I picked him up at the end of vacation, she bathed him. I can't recommended Barbara highly enough -- she's amazing!”
