“I don’t usually write a review for anything. However, I had to make an exception for Nicole and Vlad. If I didn’t write one, I feel like I’m being really selfish for not letting others know how amazing they are. I have used other sitters from Rover, and they all were great. I love them all. We just moved and had to find another great home away from home for my Hercules. It’s always a nerve wrecking process. From the beginning till end, Nicole was very communitive and kind. Without writing a novel, my dog was tired and happy. What more can I ask for? So luck we found them. I knew Herc was in a very good and had zero concerns on his first night. It’s a great feeling. She communicated during the stay and my sweet puppy was exhausted from walks, playing and had a belly happy from love and treats! During the initital meet and greet, it's obvious that top notch care is a priority because she asks great questions and takes notes during the meet and greet. While we were on vacation, Dottie sent us a daily update and photo and when we arrived, our dog was very relaxed. We will use her again in the future.”
