About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to senior pets who require a gentler touch. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and giving plenty of love and attention. Friends and family often rely on me to look after their pets and homes because they know I’m dependable, patient, and truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique quirks. We do online schooling so we can travel anywhere to make sure your dog has a safe, calming environment while you are out of town. I have a 3 year old Austrailan Cattle Service Dog in training. He is extremely friendly with dogs and cats. We are blessed to have adopted him into our lives.

“I am a fearful pet parent for my little reactive street dog and Damon put us at ease with the time he took for a meet and greet, then booking a day boarding, then an overnight with him before we go away for a week leaving our little guy in his care. I was very hesitant because he has a larger group of dogs, but he is so organized in how he introduces and works with them that our dog came back tired but vey happy. He is super competent, kind and unbelievably NEAT and clean. I couldn't believe he took time to send videos and pictures. this is obviously his superpower. I feel confident in his judgment and his ability to handle anything that comes along calmly.”
About: Dogs have been a part of my life for more than 15 years, and caring for them is something I’ve always felt naturally connected to. I’ve raised my own dogs, supported pups with all kinds of personalities and needs, and spent several years as a dog foster — giving dogs a safe, loving place to land while they waited for their forever homes. That experience taught me how to read canine behavior, build trust quickly, and create a calm, structured environment where dogs feel secure. Whether it’s a high‑energy dog who loves adventure or a shy pup who needs patience and reassurance, I’m comfortable meeting them exactly where they are. My home is set up with ramps and steps to help small dogs and mobility‑challenged pups move around safely and comfortably along with a stroller for long neighborhood walks. My goal as a sitter is simple: keep your dog happy, safe, and relaxed while you’re away, and give you complete peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. I work from home. Mid-day walks at lunch time everyday unless weather is hot, then early morning walks. Weekends usually allow for longer walks and the occasional hiking adventure. I like taking my pups to the Jenkins Estate. It is heavily wooded and not usually busy. Making it easy to walk with multiple dogs. I have a fenced in backyard that can be segmented into two if needed. A doggy door for medium sized pups for quick and easy access. If your pup is not familiar with one, I will work on some simple training to encourage and get them use to using one. Plenty of doggy toys for aggressive/heavy chewers. Nylabones, kongs, rubber toys and rope. Sorry, no fluffy/squeaky toys, my oldest can destroy the toughest in under 6 minutes. Home is air conditioned. Floors are waterproof vinyl plank flooring, and all couches and beds are covered with waterproof blankets incase of any accidents or simply messy dogs. My oldest pup likes to take dirt baths much to my chagrin. There is a small kiddie pool available for those hot days. Two crates are available for any pups that may need it. And plenty of baby gates to segment/separate as needed. My house has been puppy proofed once before, and can be if requested. And additional third-party insurance to cover any emergencies.

About: I've taken care of dogs all my life since childhood. I have provided them with love and care medical care and one on one time during walks, traveling to different dog parks, and beach trips! Dogs provide me with emotional support and assists me with outside activities to keep me going. Every few hours I am caring for dogs and they're helping me. We are a team. So they will have access to me at my home 24/7. About: Having grown up on a 20 acre farm for most of my life, I have cared for all shapes and sizes of animals - from horses to snakes, and everything in between! When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. Animal body language is my second language! I love the outdoors as much as the indoors, and am more than happy to accommodate medical needs. ♡ If you would like extras taken care of during your pets stay or our visit, such as bathing, grooming, nail trims, or a run, just let me know! My dog, Leo, and I are constantly going on hikes and we are more than happy to tucker your pups out with a day trip, just reach out for rates. I currently work as a Braille Librarian for the state and used to teach Low Vision/Blind learners, and I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), so I have a soft spot for dogs that may be Deaf, Blind, or DeafBlind. To top it all off, I am working on weaseling my way into Guide Dog puppy raising, and all the training tips that come along with that. ( : I commute to Salem Wednesday and Friday, which means my schedule during those days is usually pretty limited to anything after 430pm. Otherwise, my weekends are typically completely free and ready to be filled with whatever your fur babies need! Using the Fear Free method, I work with a pet's body language to determine what will work best in the current situation, and when methods may be effective versus stressful. I am ready to go at your pet's pace with whatever they may need, and clearly communicate the process along the way.

About: I grew up in rural midwest with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs since I was 9. I was a dedicated and loving dog mama to my beloved bernese mountain dog, Riker, for 9.5 years and I miss him very much. I enjoyed taking my boy to thousand acres, Mt. Tabor, and several other dog parks and we've gone on many hikes on the coast, in the gorge, and in Mt. Hood forest. I have special connections with my friends' animals and I've enjoyed taking their dogs for walks since my boy passed last March. I'm a fourth-year doctoral graduate student at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) meaning my schedule can be pretty flexible. I have two full days of clinic per week and fill the rest of the week with writing and research. When I'm not in clinic I can work with my schedule to take your fur baby on walks, check in on them to let them out, or schedule an adventure! I can also come house sit or invite your pet over for the day or extended stay. I have a fenced in backyard with ample space for throwing the ball or lounging in the sun on a picnic blanket. We also live very close to a park for on leash walks or park hangs. Our fur baby passed in March 2026 but our one-level house is still set up to be accessible with rugs on the wood flooring for traction, plenty of blankets and comfy spots to sleep, and easy access to the back yard (just two steps). We allow animals on furniture but respect your rules if that's a boundary of yours!
About: I’ve had a love for animals my whole life, I’ve had cats and dogs since I was born and currently have 5 pets at home! (2 dogs 3 cats) I have been house sitting my pets for a few years while my parents go out of town, and have also helped a few family friends with their pets. I have dealt with untrained dogs, high maintenance dogs, seniors, puppies, and urinary issues. I’m currently working part-time from 5-9pm. Before then, I will have all day to tend to your pets and let them out for some exercise and potty breaks. When I do run errands, I am never gone for more than 3 hours at a time. For dog walking, I am able to walk however far your dog needs to ensure they get the right amount of exercise. For sitting, I will make sure your pet gets let out for potty breaks and the proper amount of care during the day, whether it is a walk or a small training exercise. For drop in visits, I will tend to whatever your pet needs during that visit.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from energetic puppies who need lots of playtime to senior pets who require a gentler touch. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and giving plenty of love and attention. Friends and family often rely on me to look after their pets and homes because they know I’m dependable, patient, and truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique quirks. My goal is always to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy—just as if you were there. with them. I am a stay-at-home mom who cares for my son's medical needs and is a learning coach to my son, who does online schooling. I have babysat/done sleepovers with Huskies, German Shepherds, pit bulls, tiny dogs, and tabby cats. Due to being a stay-at-home mom, my son, who is 9 years old, would always be coming with me. We do online schooling so we can travel anywhere to make sure your dog has a safe, calming environment while you are out of town. I have a 3 year old Austrailan Cattle Service Dog in training. He is extremely friendly with dogs and cats. We are blessed to have adopted him into our lives.

He came home happy and tired. We loved the regular updates they sent and were so happy to see pictures always popping up while we were on our trip.
