I was nervous to leave my puppy for the first time, but Alexsia and Shelly put me at ease. They welcomed Ginger into their home, sent many pictures and updates, and took her for walks and adventures. I had a great experience and plan to leave Ginger with them again in the future!
We had such an amazing first Rover experience with Britney and truly could not have asked for a better person to care for our two female German Shepherds. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative, which immediately helped ease a lot of the anxiety that comes with leaving your dogs with someone new. She kept us updated daily with pictures and videos of our girls playing, being goofy, relaxing, and genuinely looking comfortable and happy in her home. Those updates meant so much to us and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Britney was also very upfront and honest with any questions or observations regarding the dogs and was always open to suggestions that could help them settle in more comfortably. One of the biggest things we appreciated was her experience with German Shepherds. You can absolutely tell she understands the breed and their personalities, energy levels, and needs since she previously owned one herself. She had toys available, a great environment for them, and also boarded only our girls without other dogs during their stay, which made us feel even more comfortable and helped reduce stress for them. She also gave us thoughtful feedback, training tips, and helpful suggestions that we genuinely appreciated as first-time Rover users and German Shepherd owners still learning along the way. It never felt judgmental, just supportive and caring. Overall, Britney went above and beyond for our girls, and we are so grateful for the care, patience, and attention she gave them. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely caring for their pets.☺️🐾🩷
This was our first time leaving our dog with someone else. He's our only "child", and we are definitely helicopter parents with him. Lea sent pictures where he was happy, her house looked safe for him, and he returned to us happy. We felt comfortable with him with her, and will definitely book another boarding when needed.
Marty’s Lounge for small dogs was perfect for our energetic mini 18-month old labradoodle. Marty was very communicative with us, sending great videos and updates about how everything was going for our pup during her first overnight in a different house. Marty is very attentive to all the dogs in her care and we could tell that they all felt safe and had a great time playing with each other in her spacious fenced-in backyard. Marty is patient and kind and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a a loving place to board your small dog!
Grainne and Patrick are AMAZING. Our dog Mimi stayed with them for about two weeks, and when we picked her up Mimi acted like she was being dragged away from Disneyland. Grainne and Patrick gave Mimi so much exercise, love, and attention. Their well-mannered dog Kody seems to have become Mimi’s best friend. And we received daily updates and photos that helped show us how happy Mimi was while we were away. I think Mimi is counting down the days until we drop her off again. Thank you Grainne and Patrick!
