“I just started fostering a dog, and I’m so scared to leave him with anyone. My dog just went through major hip surgery, and is on a strict medication schedule along with PT range of motion exercises and a strict bed rest. Beatryx took the time to meet me and ask exactly what I wanted during Pepe’s boarding. They asked all the right questions and assured me that Pepe would be in great care. The day when I had to leave Pepe, I ran into some complications at work and had to reschedule the drop off time. Beatryx was so understanding and flexible about everything. They sent me pictures every hour because they knew how anxious I was. Pepe was so happy that when we went to leave he had to go back and give Beatryx extra kisses. I would definitely leave Pepe with Beatryx again and again!”

“Sunday has been through a lot of difficult changes recently—a move, the loss of her doggy best friend and just normal growing up. Sunday is a sweet girl but can be high energy, anxious and a little mischievous. Megan and Jenny handled Sunday like absolute pros. Sunday was entertained with walks and lots of play time in their sweet house/yard. Jenny + Megan are responsible, reliant, and absolutely in love with their dog friends, not to mention flexible and easy-going—they treated Sunday like their own and I feel so thankful to have found such loving people to look after my girl. From the very first interaction they have been so responsive and accommodating! I hope to rebook them again soon, just so Sunday can get her fix!”

About: I have loved taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I have a dog of my own and and very dedicated to making sure that whatever dog I am taking care of needs are all met. I can feed,walk and bath any dog. I also dabble In giving doggy massages I am pretty free all summer so I am available most of the time. I am able to fit it in day and night. So there is lots of time for walks I make sure that all doors are closed at all times. I have a big backyard that is gated so there is no way for them to get out. I also keep the dogs in a separate room with me during the night.

The TLDR here is: if you're looking for the best person in the area to not just care for your pup, but someone who will show them love, tons of care, and treat them as one of her own, look no further. We were on a 2.5-week far-away vacation and had initially booked another sitter. On day one of our trip, we received a message from the original sitter's sibling that the sitter had to go to the ER for something serious and we needed to find someone else to watch Lola. After searching on Rover, we discovered Asha. From initial conversations to figuring out the logistics of getting Lola to Asha, all the way to getting updates while far away and Asha coordinating with Lola's pack walk group, we felt assured and in no need to stress. Astrid was a lifesaver! The dog sitter for my active Aussie Shepard/pitbull mix had a medical emergency and she agreed to watch my Lola on a week’s notice. Lola can be a handful (she is very hyper until she gets used to people and is reactive towards other dogs) but Astrid and her family were so sweet and patient to Lola that she settled in quickly. Astrid provided updates regularly which reassured Lola was well loved. Will definitely hire Astrid again to dog sit Lola since Lola had such a great time!

This was our first time leaving our dogs with anyone other than a family member, and I was nervous. Angelica quickly put our minds at ease and sent over updates and pictured daily. You could tell the dogs felt like they were also on a vacation for the weekend. She and her family went above and beyond for our furbabies.. You could tell from the pictures that our senior dog looked comfortable and safe, and our younger dog was living her best life with some new walking (and roller blading!) adventures. I'm relieved to have found her and to now have a backup option for my family.
I was really anxious to leave my dog for ten days. He’s very high energy, and needed someone who could keep up with his walks. Jonathan did an amazing job keeping up his physical and mental stimulation, he even took Zetsu for walks by lakes. He also is very good when it comes to communicating, and sends a lot of pictures when requested and even just to show what they’re doing. I can tell Zetsu loved his stay, and I would definitely book again in the future.
We had a great experience with Susan. Despite having a shy pup who is prone to anxiety and dog reactivity, our pup was able to come out of her shell almost immediately with her. Susan let her have the run of the house and even asked if she would like to sleep on her bed. She had a little grass patch in her backyard which was sufficient for our pup to go potty in. She updated us with photos and videos of Shorty laying on her lap- Thank you Susan! Will definitely book again when we go out of town.
This was our first time using Rover, and wow did Anna & Jason set a high bar. We had a great meet & greet beforehand, and while we were away they sent updates and photos of Momo settling right in and having a great time. This is my fourth time boarding with Rosa and I can’t thank her enough. I’m usually gone for two weeks and dread leaving them but it was great to see them recognize her and her family this time. Rosa took amazing care of them especially my extremely picky old dog, Bambi. Thank you for keeping them happy and comfortable.

Meghan did an amazing job taking care of our two huskies! We truly felt like she treated them like her own. She sent regular updates and photos. One of our pups required medicine and was on a special diet for a few days and Meghan was diligent about making sure he got both. We were gone for 10 days and felt at ease knowing our pups were with Meghan. We will be rebooking in the near future!!
Lei and her daughter were great sitters. They are very experienced and have a small dog of their own - and all our dogs got along. She was able to give my dog his meds as well. We did a meet and greet where we discussed needs, and I felt so comfortable right aaay and I knew my dogs were in good hands. TY LEI!
