About: Hi, Meghan here, I have always been a dog-lover, and currently have a lovable fluffy husky. I live in Oakland with my mom, a fellow dog-lover! I allow our furry friends on the couch, but can also work on furniture-boundaries if your pooch isn't allowed on furniture at your own home. I work from home, so I'll be home most of the day during the weekdays. The longest your pup will be home alone (with my pups) is around 5 hours. I am comfortable with big dogs. I can give medications, and can brush your pooch as well! Here's a little about us: Meghan has been a dog-lover since birth. She grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Treesa loves pups of all sizes! Meet my pets: Just the dogs! About my yard We have a fenced backyard. My experience administering medication We are comfortable administering oral medication. **We do have a Potty Clause. We understand accidents happen, and are very forgiving, as pups are often excited and can't help themselves at first. However, we have occasionally had extreme repeat offenders. We take dogs on the basis that they are potty trained. If we feel there are an excessive number of indoor incidents, we will let you know, and ask for a $10 additional fee (per week, or fraction thereof), to cover the cost of laundry and cleaning supplies.** Thanks! I work from home so your pup will hang out with me and Winston at home, join us on walks, and get to spend the day with us! I have a fenced yard. Security gate at my back door means fresh air without escape opportunity. We're working on installing a dog door, so that should happen later this year!

“Dora was wonderful to work with! She took great care of my dog Sassy, feeding her dinner and taking her for a walk on the days I needed to work late. She was very responsive to my messages and sent pictures of the walks. I would highly recommend her to care for your pet. Thanks Dora!”

“Jessica is amazing! She has walked our 2 dogs for us when we’ve been away on a couple of occasions now and she’s done a great job every time. Our dogs can be a bit difficult to handle (one is very reactive and the other can be nervous, both can be unsure about strangers) and she handled them with ease and they’re very happy to see her now. She went above and beyond, and even spent some extra time hanging out with them. I would highly recommend her!”

“A pleasure to deal with and really cares about our dog. She goes above and beyond what is expected, is timely, and responds quickly to messages. Best dog walker we have ever had.”

“Thank God for Marlene! My last minute work trips she always books comes through works it into her schedule. She is the best with my super hyper Belgium malinois puppy. She always provides a pic she even will do clean up service for your puppy and give them water. She's just a solid dog walker!”

“Karla is great! She shows up on time and my dog is happy and ready to lay down after her walks with Karla. I will definitely request her services again.”

“Amy and Kevin were amazing! Very communicative and accommodating the entire time. They were also knowledgeable of handling dogs that are aggressive toward each other - we felt very relieved to know that our babies were in good hands!”

“Keira was incredible! Communicative, understanding, and most importantly for us experienced and understanding of our reactive dogs needs! She was able to take our energetic girl out for an hour each day. Our dog instantly felt comfortable with her, and we knew she was in good hands! Thanks so much, Keira.”

About: Growing up, I was fortunate to have pets like turtles, birds, hamsters, and, of course, DOGS. I was also exposed to farm animals from time to time. As an adult, I have raised three cattle dogs from puppyhood to senior ages. The experience with my own pets, has taught me a lot about various stages of dog's age-appropriate behavior and effective ways of walking and training my pups. I currently have summer months off and am available to provide care to your pets. Please schedule walks or drop in visits between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays may be arranged as well. Being a dog owner for 18 years has taught me valuable lessons in administering medications, training, exercise, feeding and grooming. I make sure to provide safe and calm environment to all the pets that I work with, reporting any issues back to you if they arise.

About: Since I was a kid, I have always loved pets. When I was 11 years old, I was the one who fed our four dogs. I loved spending time with them—I even taught them how to sit, lie down, give a high five, and more. Every time I came home from school, we would play together. Back in 2020, I rescued my deaf cat, Lili, after seeing her attacked by a stray dog in our town. She even had a broken bone, and I couldn’t just leave her like that, so I decided to adopt her. As time passed, I didn’t realize that my cat family was growing. Now, I have rescued 2 cats and i have been feeding 13 stray cats that goes in our backyard It’s just sad that I had to leave them with my dad in our home country because I had to move to the United States. We have 3 dogs, 2 indoor cats, 1 stray dog and 13 stray cats that i have been feeding. I am not currently working because I’m still looking for a job, so I have plenty of free time and a flexible schedule that i could spend with your pets Right now, we don’t have any pets at home, but I always leave cat food outside our door in case a stray cat passes by, so they can have something to eat. I can walk, play with, teach tricks, and even bathe your pets if you'd like!

“Darren was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We asked him to walk our dogs at the last minute and he was great! He sent multiple updates along with pictures. Would absolutely recommend him and use him again.”

About: I am a professional sitter and casual trainer with over a decade of experience handling dogs of various age and size. I understand how stressful it can be finding the right person to take care of your animal. Look no farther, I'm here so you can feel at ease while you're apart. Having raised four dogs of my own, I believe that our pets are just as special as any member of our family. I also go on trips where I can't take them so I know how it feels having to leave them in someone else’s care. Your dog will go home from their little vacation happy and relaxed just like their mommy/daddy. Just bring their food and favorite bedding, then we’ll take care of the rest. :) My partner and I are both currently pausing work to study for a new career so we are home full time with plenty of energy to spoil your pup with extra attention. Our home is spacious and puppy-proofed with quiet areas for lounging, long hallways for fetch & tug, a fenced-in backyard to play tag, a peaceful neighborhood to stroll through, and a couple nearby parks with big grassy areas. We also live near dog-friendly nature trails with different routes to explore. Our family is home around the clock and happy to keep your fur baby company wherever they want to hang out. Food is safely stored and fresh water is always available. Your dog will always be on leash outdoors and supervised their entire stay. Our dogs are on flea, tick, and heartworm medication and current on all their vaccinations. Our resident cats stay in their bedroom behind closed doors. We understand anything they can reach is up for grabs so we hide practically everything except their toys, and even that we hide sometimes. We look forward to sharing our love and providing lots of healthy fun for your furball. Feel free to ask me anything, I’ll respond as soon as I can! If you'll like regular updates, get ready for cute pictures of your fluffybutt. *Daycare hours: 8:30am-5:30pm. Boarding drop-off/pickup hours: 11am-7pm. (Late fee past contracted time is $10 after the 5 minute grace period. Late fee past 8pm is $1 per minute. “My dog fell in love with Meghan at first sight, even though she's usually slow to warm up to new people. Pepper, my miniature dachshund, is always excited to see Meghan, whether for a walk or an overnight. When I pick her up Pepper is happy and tired. We call Meghan's house a doggie resort as a joke, because it's filled with toys and treats. Pepper's happy and I am, because I know my dog is cared for and loved (not to mention spoiled) when I can't be there. We both trust Meghan and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog person to love and care for their pup when they need help.”
