Beatryx took the time to meet me and ask exactly what I wanted during Pepe’s boarding. They asked all the right questions and assured me that Pepe would be in great care. The day when I had to leave Pepe, I ran into some complications at work and had to reschedule the drop off time. Beatryx was so understanding and flexible about everything. They sent me pictures every hour because they knew how anxious I was. Pepe was so happy that when we went to leave he had to go back and give Beatryx extra kisses. I would definitely leave Pepe with Beatryx again and again!”

After a precious sitter canceled on me 5 hours before my flight for the holidays, I reached out to Suzanne frantic and hopeful with her great reviews that she would be open to watching my pup over the holiday! During the intake she walked me through where Nelo would be playing and staying. She asked all the right questions to ensure she understood any needs he may have. After meeting and Nelo instantly becoming comfortable she agreed to watch him and we were able to catch our flight out. During the stay I received daily video updates. Nelo arrived home well taken care of and sad to leave all the fun friends he had made. I’m so happy to have met Suzanne and I look forward to having her sit Nelo again. I would 100% recommend!”
