I have been a Rover sitter for the past 11 years and have gained loads of experience caring for dogs and ensuring they have a great time at our house. We have no children and love animals and see this as a great way to share our love with other peoples dogs. My hours are flexible and perfect to give your dog my attention. Why I love dog sitting: I have loved animals my whole life . I also cared for a pug about 8weeks a year for the past 10 years who passed away sadly. Have taken care of my neighbors bulldog and have also worked for a dog walking business where I was trusted to enter peoples homes while they were away. About my yard I'm a gardener by trade, so your pup will enjoy a sunny,tropical vacationlike setting here. There is a pond so if your doggie loves water it will be supervised outside which isn't a problem as I am out there all the time tending plants. Large lawn for running and playing as well as plenty of covered areas. About my fees The rate shown per dog is for a 24hr period. if your stay is longer than 24hrs, daycare fee is calculated into the cost. Please state at time of booking your dropoff and pickup times. My hours are 8AM to 8PM. if you need service outside these times you will need to book an additional day for your drop or pickup. Please note that if it is your pups first stay with me, it is better for him/her to be dropped off during the day so that we can get to know each other/ have playtime before bedtime. before 5pm is ideal. This will help to reduce the stress of a first time stay.

Suzanne is the ideal Rover—friendly, professional, trustworthy, and a good communicator. Our 2 Frenchies were born during the Pandemic and thus we spent much of our time together. They have showered us with love & their antics. Leaving them in the hands of others when we vacation is difficult, but through Rover we have connected with 2 amazing women. Suzanne promptly responds to our inquiries, sends us a daily photo, and provides useful guidance. I highly recommend her.

Suzanne took care of Noamie, our elder Cavalier King Charles, with care, intention, and deep attention to detail. Noamie was very well taken care of, and he enjoyed the wide open garden space, the bird songs, and the freedom to just, well, be. We are beyond satisfied with the care he received from Suzanne, who was very responsive, very knowledgeable, and very well resourced!
My dogs had another wonderful stay with Suzanne. She has a backyard haven the dogs enjoy, and I always appreciate the regular updates and communication.
Suzanne is great very reliable and our pup seems to have tons of fun with her.
Our two dogs had a fantastic week with Suzanne. They got lots of attention, outside play time and cozy beds for napping. I could relax knowing they were having fun and were so well cared for. I highly recommend Suzanne for your dog and will absolutely use her again.

Schedule
Either myself or Gary is here, so pups will have constant attention. Max time alone would be 3 hrs. I take bookings 7 days week.

Safety, trust & environment
We have built 8ft fencing and also use interior gates to always know where the pups are. i have a routine for the pups - up at 6am, out 1st time, breakfast at 7am, out again usually in and out until early afternoon as when home I am working in my garden, naptime, feed at 5pm, then out 2 more times til bedtime. I do not take pups off my property for safety reasons.
A typical day
Your dog's sleeping arrangement I have both kennels and open beds in my pup room, so I accommodate non kenneled dogs. Bring plenty of food in case you have to extend your stay and treats or chews if your pup likes something to knaw on.. lots of garden time with me in backyard.
