About: **Please note, I cannot accept super high energy or anxious dogs and like to keep a playful, but stress free environment for all the pups :) Dogs must be fully potty trained in other peoples homes and be dog friendly to other dogs. I have been pet-sitting, dog training and volunteering for various animal organizations for over 25 years allowing me to be very “In tune” with dogs and their needs. Your pup will have full-time one-on-one care and we provide a safe and fun place for your pups while you are at work or on vacation . I send photos and updates daily so you can know exactly how they are doing. I take as many walks as the pups need and do not watch more than 2 dogs (That makes 3 with my girl) so your dog will always have personal care in a fun and stress-free environment! Feel free to contact me for a meet and greet! =) ********IMPORTANT NOTES!!*********** **Due to proximity of neighbors and that I have client calls, we cannot have dogs that continuously bark out of respect for my neighbors. I work from home and your dog will have lots of full time care and cuddles. I do not take more than 2 dogs at once so your dog will have lots of personal attention. Drop off and pick up times are from 7:00 am - 9pm. We have a fenced in back yard and also live waking distance to a quiet greenway entrance for lots of sunny walks in nature for exercise if needed.

“I’m having to find a replacement pup sitter due to them moving and I believe I won’t have to look any further. What a relief! M&R welcomed my little older girl and were so complimentary about her time and activity during her 1st daycare visit. I feel comfortable not having to worry about bigger or rougher acting dogs. She was introduced to the other pups individually. Such a wonderful visit for all of us!”

“I was very nervous about leaving my baby with a sitter for the first time but Rebecca was very reassuring. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day and let me know that Roxy was having fun while staying with her. I will definitely be leaving Roxy with her in the future!”

“Sloane was great with spade . This was our first time leaving him with someone and I feel we picked the right person for the job . Times changed last minute and she was able to accommodate with no problem . Will definitely use her again !!”

“Debra was wonderful with my dog Kiwi who gets scared in new situations. I saw how he took to her and he looked very comfortable to be with her and excited to play with her dogs. Thanks Debra!!!”

“Caroline was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable about leaving my pup with her. My pup has some health issues and not once did I worry about that being a problem with her. Booker had an absolute blast with Caroline and Honey and didnt want to leave. He cant wait to come back.”

“Rachel is a super star sitter! She watched Shasta all day for 3 days while I was in Raleigh working from out of town. My pup Shasta loves her. Normally he doesn’t want to leave me but he walked off happily with Rachel from my hotel where she kindly met us every morning and evening for drop off. Rachel’s communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”

About: I treat every pet like my own; lots of love, belly rubs, and snuggles included! Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness always come first in our home. My husband and I both work from home and are able to be in the home with your dog, let them out regularly and provide plenty of snuggles and belly rubs. We have a fenced in yard and one very friendly dog who loves to play. Your dog's safety and happiness will come first in our home.

“She really took care of my baby like he was hers. I could tell he was comfortable and loved the whole time he was with her. I was nervous at first because that’s my heart, but the way she treated him and kept me updated gave me so much peace. You can tell she genuinely loves animals, and that’s all I could ever ask for. Thank you for taking such good care of him.”

About: I’ve loved animals since I was young and have cared for dogs most of my life — I’ve had four of my own over the years. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs. As a mom, I also bring the calm, caring energy that comes with raising a child. My daughter and I make a great team when it comes to giving pets the affection and structure they deserve. We create a warm and safe environment where dogs feel at home. I work at a school, so during the summer months my daughter and I have much more free time — which is exactly why we decided to start offering pet care! We're home most of the day, making it easy to give your dog lots of attention, playtime, and love. Even when the school year begins again, we’ll continue to offer care with the same level of responsibility, adjusting our schedule to ensure your pet’s needs come first. We live in a quiet, family-friendly area with plenty of sidewalks and a nearby dog park — perfect for walks and playtime. At home, we keep a clean and calm environment where pets feel safe and relaxed.

About: We're a dog-loving couple with a senior dog named, Ryder. We love furry kids, so we can't wait to love and keep your pup safe, while you're gone. Here are some reasons why we might be a great fit for your pup: - We only sit 1 dog at a time - We both work remotely M-F - We've been on a dog schedule for many years (no sleeping in for us, haha) - Our place is already doggy-proofed 🐶 How would you describe Ryder? Ryder is a calm, curious, and friendly senior dog. He's not one to chase other dogs and doesn't enjoy being chased. He's gotten along with huskies, beagles, and other similar-sized good boys and girls. He's a big couch potato who sleeps most of the day. 🐾 How frequently can you take my dog out? Since we work from home, we're able to take your dog out for potty breaks every 3 to 4 hours, with long walks in between—if your dog's endurance allows it. 🏠 Do you ever leave the dogs home alone? We both try to stay home when sitting a dog. If we need to briefly step out, we give the dogs have their own separate and safe spaces. Ryder will hangout in the bedroom with his sound machine on and the door locked (which he loves), while your dog enjoys free roam of the living room. 💛 Are you able to cater to my dog’s special needs? We’re happy to accommodate special requests like: feeding dogs separately to ensure meal times are safe, refraining from vacuuming if your dog's scared of noise, putting shoes away if your dog's a little shoe snacker (haha), etc. Please let us know every detail on how we can keep your dog safe and comfortable. 📸 Do you send photo and video updates? We love sharing updates! We send photos and or videos with every booking – usually a couple to few times a day. We know how comforting it is to know your dog's happy. 📪💌🤠 Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. We typically reply back within the hour. Thank you so much! We have a lot of flexibility for schedules, potty breaks, and walks as needed. We try our best to keep your pet's routines to ensure they're comfortable and happy with us. Ryder might be a little guy, but he loves his (short and long) walks and gets about 4-5 of them a day. We have a dog stroller, dog backpacks, and doggy seatbelts for safety if your dog would like to have park days.

About: What sets me apart? I treat every pet like they’re my own—spoiled, loved, and showered with attention! Whether your pup loves long walks, belly rubs, or just a cozy nap buddy, I adjust to their unique personality and needs. I have experience with all kinds of pets—from energetic puppies who need structure and training to sweet senior pets who need a little extra patience and gentle care. I’m also great with shy or anxious pets, helping them feel safe and comfortable in my care. You can count on me for dependable, tail-wagging service with lots of photo updates (because who doesn’t love surprise pics of their fur baby during the day?). Let’s make your time away stress-free—for both you and your pet! Caring for pets is truly the best part of my day! I build my schedule around the pets I’m looking after, making sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or cozy evening snuggles, I’m flexible and fully present for every furry friend I care for. Spending time with animals doesn’t feel like a chore—it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I plan my week to make sure I’m never rushed, so your pet gets all the love, care, and time they deserve! Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m coming to your home, they’ll be treated like family every step of the way! In My Home: I provide a safe, cozy, and pet-friendly space with plenty of snuggles, playtime, and attention. Pets are free to roam, lounge, or explore (with supervision, of course!). I follow their usual routines and keep their favorite toys, treats, and comforts close by to make them feel right at home. In Your Home: I make sure to respect your space while giving your pet the love and attention they’re used to. I stick closely to their feeding, walking, and play schedules to keep everything familiar and stress-free. Plus, I always keep things tidy and make sure your pet is relaxed and happy while you’re away. No matter the location, your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priority!

Laura P.
Star Sitter

“Laura and I grew up in a dog-loving household. She was the one in our family to train our family dog, Jessie, and has always been an animal lover and caretaker. Her own dog, Autumn, is like a neice to me! Laura has her so well trained and cared for, anyone who knows them can see their bond. Laura and Autumn are very active, with daily runs and hikes and lots of play time. Laura believes in positive reinforcement and a loving environment for animals to thrive in. It's no doubt to me that she and Autumn would be the very best of hosts!”

Becca & Matt S.
Star Sitter

“Let me just start by saying, Becca is a 11/10 sitter. When my pup Luca was adopted, I quickly realized he had severe separation anxiety and could not be left alone. Thankfully I found Becca who has made mine and my pup Luca’s life a million times better. She truly is a dog whisperer and immediately made Luca feel safe, comfortable, and happy! Her home is spotless, she provides lots of updates and photos, and treats Luca like her own by providing lots of walks and cuddles. Becca has calm, warm energy which is so important for dogs to feel comfortable. She is clearly a dog-lover and that shines through every time she sees Luca. As a self-described helicopter mom to Luca, it’s the best feeling to actually enjoy being away because I know he’s genuinely happy and safe with her. Becca is an A+ sitter who I highly recommend,”

She's watched my dog several times, and I've always felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in good hands. Melissa is punctual, communicates clearly, and always gives thoughtful updates. Most importantly - my dog LOVED her - tail wags don't lie! If you're looking for someone responsible, experienced, and genuinely kind with animals, I highly recommend Melissa.”

Ellie D.
“Ellie D. is absolutely AMAZING with dogs! She is so conscientious and nurturing and she truly loves them like they are her own. She has kept our golden retriever, bassett hound and cairn terrier for weeks at a time without a blip and she misses them when she isn't with them! Can't recommend her enough. She also sends lots of pics of the babies which we love to see! Please call me personally if you need more endorsement of Ellie for your fur babies.”
