“Caroline was very helpful and sweet when she watched my four pups. My previous sitter canceled on me just a week before my trip. When I found Caroline she was able to help me when others told me no. She even boarded my pups when she told me that she does not normally. Caroline and her husband sent me photos of my pups while I was away. Also she was very helpful when I had to come back early.”

About: My passion for pet care is rooted in years of personal experience. I have owned two Huskies, which has taught me firsthand the importance of patience, structure, and keeping energetic companions happy and healthy. Over the last 16 years, I have cared for a variety of pets, most recently my beloved Milo. Milo was a bundle of joy who lived for long walks and loved playing games like "tickles." I’m mostly free on the weekends. I do walks on week days in between the times 6:30-9:00pm due to my 9-5 job. I please ask to schedule with 3 days ahead so I can plan my days according. I’m a very organized person and like to have my days plan out. Pet sitting at home i have a big backyard where your love one can feel free and not stuck in between 4 walls. Also a great neighborhood perfect for long walks.

About: Hi, I’m Lina a lifelong dog lover🐾 with 16+ years of hands-on experience in behavior, boarding, and boutique-style care. I’ve created a calm, structured home environment where your dog is treated like family. My space includes a fenced backyard on the water, room to roam, and peaceful nooks for rest and reset. Whether your pup is social or more independent, I tailor each stay to their unique needs, energy, and personality. I’m deeply passionate about what I do. I’ve studied dog behavior and body language for over a decade and understand how to read cues, meet individual needs, and create a safe, low-stress environment. From introverted pups who prefer their space to high-energy dogs who thrive on play,every stay is adjusted with intention. My husband and I maintain an exceptionally clean, safe home. He’s fully hands-on and helps monitor the dogs whenever he’s available, offering added support and love throughout your pup’s visit. We sanitize thoroughly between every stay, use only filtered water, and keep the temperature comfortable year-round. Virtual meet & greets are available upon request (serious inquiries only). I’m happy to show you where your pup will eat, play, sleep and answer any questions to ensure full peace of mind. Please Note: I do not accept dogs with any history of aggression, regardless of size. This is a peaceful, respectful, home-based environment for dogs who thrive in structure, love, and calm. If you’re looking for a sitter who blends professional structure with real heart, I’d love to care for your furry best friend. 🚨 Must-Read: Drop-Off & Pick-Up Timing Policy 🟡 Timeliness is essential to maintaining a peaceful, well-structured environment for every dog in my care. I kindly ask that all drop-offs and pick-ups are made within your scheduled time window. ⏰ Grace Period: A 15–20 minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee will be applied. I design each day with intention,and waiting for late pickups takes time away from other dogs’ walks, play, and meals. ✅ If you anticipate being late, please notify me at least 2–3 hours in advance so I can adjust the schedule accordingly. I’m happy to update your booking and send a revised time if needed. 🔁 Please note: repeated late pickups without communication may result in a pause on future bookings. Thank you for respecting the rhythm of the home and helping me maintain a calm, structured flow for all pups. I look forward to caring for your dog with the same presence and love I give every guest. 🐾 Pet Care FAQ Bulletin ❓Do you accept both crated and uncrated dogs? Yes! All dogs are welcome, whether they’re crated or uncrated. Crated dogs will enjoy plenty of love, enrichment, playtime, and one-on-one attention,just like uncrated dogs. The crate simply offers a comfortable, familiar place to rest. It never means your pup will be confined all day. ⸻ ❓Why do some pet parents choose to crate their Dogs? Many dogs actually prefer being crated,it gives them a sense of security, like their own personal den. Some pet parents include crate time as part of their dog’s daily routine, and I’m happy to follow that for consistency and comfort. ⸻ ❓What if my dog doesn’t use a crate? That’s totally fine! I welcome uncrated dogs too, as long as they’re fully potty trained and comfortable being in a home environment. I always aim to mirror your pup’s routine so they feel safe, happy, and relaxed. ❓What’s your overall approach to care? 🟡 My care philosophy is rooted in calm, intentional presence. I create a safe, happy, and loving space where your pup can truly feel at home. Whether your dog prefers quiet cuddles or follows me like a little shadow, I gently adjust my energy and environment to meet their unique needs. My goal? To give your dog peace and comfort while giving you peace of mind while you’re away. This isn’t just dog sitting, it’s premium care tailored to your dog’s emotional well-being. ❓Do you take in more than one dog at a time? 🟡 I do, but with thoughtful intention. Sometimes I care for just one dog, and other times I host a small group, depending on the season and my calendar. What matters most is compatibility. I carefully screen each pup to ensure harmony, comfort, and safety for everyone. I don’t accept dogs with any history of aggression regardless of size, so the environment stays peaceful, happy, and secure. This curated approach is what allows me to offer boutique-style, stress-free care for every dog that stays with me. 🟡 I focus on creating a calm, present, hands-on environment, so I don’t offer hourly or ongoing updates throughout the day. If anything urgent arises, I’ll reach out immediately, no delay. She took wonderful care of them, followed the guidelines left and updated us with photos. I will be hiring her again for my future trips!

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;
- which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
- how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.
Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
