“I had a great experience and would highly recommend Shang! He took excellent care of my dog and kept me updated throughout the stay by sending pictures and videos, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was happy and well cared for. My dog had a great time, and I could tell he was treated with lots of attention and care. “We hadn’t left our 10-year-old silver Lab with anyone in a long time, and we really didn’t want to board her in a large facility. We were looking for something more personal and calm, and Roland ended up being a perfect fit. Communication was great from the start, which made leaving for an extended Europe trip much easier. Our dog got lots of individual attention and gentle socialization with Roland’s dog Coco, and she was clearly comfortable and happy while we were away. Roland even worked with her on a few behaviors and took the time to show us how to continue that at home, which we really appreciated. We came home to a relaxed, well-cared-for dog. He’ll definitely be our first call for future pet sitting and boarding, and we highly recommend him.”

“Kristin and her husband are very friendly and knowledgeable about taking care of all types of dogs. They scheduled a doggy meet up and had me feeling comfortable about my Bella’s stay there.
