We met with Jordan twice before booking him to watch our fur baby while we traveled. He was nice, had good reviews at that point and our small dog seemed comfortable with him. We reviewed instructions and expectations of care multiple times, which he agreed to. He was flexible with his arrival time the day we left and showed up on time. However, when we returned home, we found that one of our dog’s water bowls was completely dry and the other had mold in it. Our suspicions that our boy hadn’t been taken out on daily walks and only on occasion (due to inactivity on doorbell camera) seemed to be likely, as we found and had to clean up about 5 accidents in the house. While we are thankful to return to our dog and home in fine condition, we were disappointed he wasn’t fully cared for as promised.

My husband and I did a meet and greet with Jordan about a month before our meeting, and asked him to watch our three dogs for a day while we met with the venue 3 hours away. Jordan did fine with taking care of them that day, and sent updates. This made us feel more comfortable with moving forward with him to watch the girls when we left. We took the girls out before we left to get married, and Jordan showed up that evening (per our doorbell cam) and did not take them out for the rest of the day. They did not go out again until the next morning…nearly 24 hours later. My husband and I became unsettled by the lack of updates and wondered if maybe the camera was malfunctioning. When they went out in the morning, they were not taken out again until after I contacted Jordan asking how they were and if they had been out as frequently as what was discussed. I could see on the door cam that he took them out and then responded saying that they were being taken out frequently enough (they were not). At this point my husband and I didn’t trust his care and called him out on the lie. He apologized and said he would take better care of them. The next morning they didn’t go out for nearly 14 hours after their last bathroom break. We were unable to focus on being with our family and friends and our wedding, and decided to pursue a new sitter. We saw Jordan’s star sitter status and 5 star rating and thought we were getting quality care for our girls. When we got home we found several spots where the girls had peed on the carpet.

Jordan took good care of Chance he kept my bay for 4 days while I went out of town to take care of some important business…. He left my home just the way it was when I left . Nice guy thank you Jordan

Jordan was very easy to work with and contact, and took great care. Even did a little extra cleaning out of courtesy, much appreciated!
