I love all types of dogs. I have been a pet parent for many years, and have learned to care for dogs from years of first hand experience. I consider them my children and my primary focus when in my care. I have cared for many dogs, and pay special attention to the needs of each one. I watch closely for behavioral nuances, and any unique physical or medical requirements. I have cared for dogs with severe allergies, dogs coming back from surgery, dental issues, aged dogs with special needs, dogs with paw accidents due to chasing after squirrels, etc. Of course, all dogs are cuddled and shown lots of love and affection. Pets in my care are family. There are no kids or other adults caring for the pets. Your pet will be given lots of attention, as I generally have only a couple per visit. I work out of my home. Standard routine is very early morning feedings and walks in the neighborhood, or playing fetch in the backyard. Some dogs like to chase birds and squirrels for a bit in the yard. Afterwards it is nap-time. A dog-park and several veterinarians are within a 1-3 mile radius as well. Dogs are fed morning, midday, and evenings depending on their regular schedule. They are let out every few hours as needed. Gates/rooms separate dogs if required for safety. Lots of toys for playtime are provided. My vet says that I spoil my dogs. He's right! I give each dog the quality of care they deserve. I have studied animal behavior, pet care, health and nutrition for pets, and first aid. I am committed to continuous pet education, and rely on solid business practices and ethical treatment of animals. Be assured, your pet will be in great hands!
