She was communicative throughout my dog's stay which put my mind to rest, and reassuring, sending me photos, and being honest about how at certain times she could see my dog was missing me. I also saw what a great time she had with Sarah and Andrew's kids and with the entire family. I appreciated how attuned they were to her. I absolutely plan to use Sarah and Andrew again and have only wonderful things to say about them!!!!”

They are so accommodating of pups with special needs (elaborate, lighted ramp up to the house; anti-slip carpets throughout the house; floor-level beds), which was great since my pup just had surgery and I was feeling nervous about having to be away from him before he was fully healed. They stayed with him around the clock and took great care, as evidenced by all pictures they sent me with him on walks and hanging out. Snoopy came home happy and peppy after a fun weekend with them!”
