He stays super focused on my dog, and his tone is encouraging, consistent, and shows no hint of boredom or frustration. He has the engagement of a caring teacher and seems truly invested in ensuring the dog's growth and comfort. I've really appreciated Mike's approach, he is firm without being overly corrective and clearly he genuinely loves dogs. I wouldn't trust most people to have to steady confidence and calm, patient kindness my dog needs to be receptive on a walk. But I would certainly trust Mike again.
