About: I'm excited to meet new pets and their people! While I'm new to Rover, I'm not new to caring for animals. I have over 20 years of professional experience caring for pets and homes, along with a lifetime of loving animals of my own. Animals have been part of my life since childhood. I've cared for dogs of every size, age, and personality, as well as cats, birds, and other small animals. Most recently, I spent four years living in Hawaii with my own dog, cat, and bird, and have cared for pets throughout the Bay Area, including Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, Contra Costa, and Napa. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring nature. If your dog enjoys adventure and you're comfortable with it, I'm happy to include longer walks or outdoor adventures tailored to their energy level. During COVID, while my massage therapy practice was on pause, I got a certification in canine massage, deepening my understanding of canine anatomy, mobility, and comfort. About: I been around animal my whole life grow up with them. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. But, when I acquired more responsibilities was when I moved in with my sister to SoCal and I started helping her take care of her dogs, two schnauzers and one yorkie. I would take them hiking, walking, and to the grooming salon. I would buy them enrichment toys and play with them every evening. Then, when I moved to NorCal for school, I adopted a dog, a Labrador. Now, I do the same as before but with more mental and physical exercise since my dog requires it. Taking care of dogs has always been part of me, my grandma was the same and that’s something she gifted me. I enjoy every aspect of it and the responsibilities that come with it. Dogs are a big responsibility and I will make sure to take care of your doggy, as if it’s mine. I am currently working from home so I have plenty of time to play and take care of your doggy. Currently with Hunter we go out four times a day, two times for physical exercise and potty breaks and the other two times only for walks to go potty. Hunter loves to play fetch and hide and seek. We hide the ball and he searches for it, this is his favorite game and it works for mental and physical exercise. We are very active and we exercise Hunter a lot but if your doggy is not like that, no problem, we can go only for walks and Hunter can play by himself. I have a fenced yard and a catio (patio for cats) where my cats spend most of the day. Dogs don’t have access to the catio since that’s the cats safe place. Hunter and the cats get along but my cats don’t play much with hunter, they are very lazy and only care about sleeping, sunbathing, and wet food. Hunter is VERY friendly, the nicest dog I ever known and loves to play all the time. Hunter has been around dogs of multiple sizes and ages from a 10 year old yorkie to a 2 year old labrador. Hunter is not neutered but he is not aggressive and territorial other than marking plants and trees outside at the park.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats and maybe any other pet animal you could think of. Family friends and coworkers are always happy to bring me their furry friends. I currently work part time and my job has a very flexible schedule there will also always be someone home. Love going on walks or staying in depending on the pup! I have a fenced yard and also have a puppy at the moment very friendly loves big and small dogs and even cats. Can be crated if needed.
