About: I have been volunteering for my local Humane Society for the past year which intakes all different dog breeds and has allowed me to gain great experience with caring for dogs. I’m a proud dog and cat owner and will care for your animals as I do my own. You can guarantee my love and care for your pets. I am currently in between school programs so I have a lot of spare time. About: Hey! Thanks for checking out my profile! I love walking, in fact, I have a 5k event I am participating in at the end of this month. Know that I average, per 30 minute walk, 1 mile. If we walk for 60 minutes your dog will have completed 2 miles. Feel free to schedule last minute! I prefer to do walks when it isn’t super hot outside. I do love working out either in the morning or late afternoon. Call if you’re going on a cruise or other vacation! Pets who stay over will need a kennel. Dogs are allowed in a certain part of our home and are taken out for walks during the day as to avoid built up energy. :)

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life. You can rest assured your pups, big and small, will get all the love and attention while you’re away. I currently work full-time, Monday through Friday, but have three pups of my own at home and can board additional pups overnight during the week and can do daytime walks on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and keep your pets separated from my household pets unless they are long-time visitors and we know everyone gets along well.

About: ** If you live in SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, i have base access so it is not an issue. ** I have experience with taking care of neonatal kittens. I have bottle fed my kittens, trained them to use litter box and eat solid food. I have five cats on my own and I always pet sit for my friends and relatives. Unfortunately, since I have five cats, one of them with really bad anxiety when it comes to dogs, I can only offer boarding to cats. For your puppy/dog, I can definitely do a drop in visit and/or take them out for a walk! We have a cat room so I am always available to board cats. If you would like me to take your cat for a walk/stroll around the neighborhood, I have a cat stroller - I can do that for an additional small fee, just let me know. For drop ins and dog walk, I have a full time job so during the work days, I can do it before (6AM) / after work (5PM), or during my lunch break (11AM-noon). Same schedule as well during the weekends but I am more flexible if we need to change the time/frequency. I have a fenced yard at home and there is also a dog park half a mile down our place. I also have a dedicated cat room for my 5 cats.

About: (I prefer to go by Rori) Before my kennel experience, I have watched over many neighbors dogs over the years! They bring me so much joy, having a dog in my life is a must! And, if I cannot have one myself, at least I can bring joy into another’s dogs lives while their owner is gone!!! Having worked at a boarding kennel and rescue for nearly 2 years now, I have spent a large amount of my pet care experience dealing with dogs at their most vulnerable. Because of this, I am very familiar with how to comfort and care for many different dog temperaments and breeds! I know how to respect their boundaries and keep your pets at as much ease as I can bring them :) Because of my boarding experience, I have worked with puppies under a year old, and senior dogs of all kinds of breeds. I understand how to accommodate and console older dogs: with lots of love and patience. I have encountered dogs who are aggressive in many forms: from people and/or dog aggressive to barrier and fence aggressive. I’ve handled dogs that react to nerves in various manners whether it be scared and cowering or more disagreeable. While I do not anticipate this behavior to be as extreme as what I saw in a kennel environment (where everything is new and abnormal) I do think this experience allows me to be adept at handling dogs through all their stages and kinds of discomfort. While at the kennel, I was also tasked with caring for our rescues. Housing 5-10 rescues at a time, I became very familiar with how to care for and bond with so many dogs. Taking the time to truly know and understand these rescues is my absolute favorite thing about working at the kennel! I have trained these dogs and made a point of learning how to handle even the most difficult of our rescues!! Socializing these dogs, helping them find peace and consistency in an otherwise chaotic environment fills me with purpose. I love them. I have so much love for these animals that I can’t possibly contain it!!! So, I would like to share it :) Having just moved to Illinois, I am available and willing to work anytime on weekdays until 4 PM to walk, watch and play with your fur babies!! I can work weekends sometimes :) I LOVE walking dogs!!! I’m happy to take them with me on walks in my neighborhood, your neighborhood, or to various parks!! Feeding, playing, and engaging with these sweet animals is something I am more than familiar with doing having taken care of the kennel dogs for so long now.

I periodically watch pets for friends and family. Distance and time are very flexible most days. Let me know if you need assistance and I can find a way to make it work. Periodic walks are necessary for pets of all sizes and for humans as well. :) Favorite part of my day with my Pyrenees is long walks and sunshine.

Hello there and let me give you an introduction towards my experience and me as a person👋 Experience wise I have raised over 45+ foster care animals in my family household growing up ranging from Pugs to Rottweilers to Great Danes to Belgian Malinoise to Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to GSP's and many more breeds, have previously petsit for friends and family, and I also have professional experience from my previous job working at Country Estate Kennel in Shiloh for about half of a year as an Animal Technician. I am experienced in dog bathing, low level grooming (brushing, combing, light trimming, removing matted fur/hair), and so forth. I am familiar with giving medication if your pet has that as a requirement, such as seizure medication, diabetic medication, and so forth. I also will give walks for each animal if preferred for free for your pet if you are booking me for house sitting, and lastly I also do trimming of nails as well. What else could you ask for from a pet sitter!?😁 I am glad to offer truly professional care, while maintaining a good relationship with my clients as I understand that our pets are like our children to us, and if they are to be under my care, I am to see them and take care of them as though they were my very own pets such as my girlfriend's Foxfire Lab and my Mongolian Gerbil. When it comes to my schedule/availability I update my schedule regularly every few days. I do not accept drop-in's or dog walking before 11 AM or after 8 PM. I do not do physical meet and greet's unless you have already booked with me for the request, if you are unsure about your plans, please do a online video chat with me here through the Rover app. My availability for meet and greets are anytime before 11 AM and after 5 PM. I am unavailable on the 18th of every month as I am always out of town on that day. Those are my only restrictions on bookings. When it comes to dogs, as much as I love and adore them, sadly I have not owned one myself since my sophomore year of highschool after my childhood dog Gabe passed away from Cancer. He lived to reach the age of 13, and was always happy and well taken care of. We made sure to properly feed him to keep him at a good BMI, made sure he went outside and got proper exercise by running around in the backyard or playing with toys together such as tug of war with rope. He was beyond well taken care of and spoiled. When it comes to your pet I would like to be told what behaviorisms and daily rituals they are familiar with in your household to make them most comfortable and what they're favorite activities are so I can make the most out of your pets experience in being taken care of and give them a safe and happy experience. I do currently own 2 Gerbils named Hiro and Rain who are very much spoiled and well managed on their health, and also share in taking care of my girlfriend's Firefox Lab who is a bundle of energy. Currently she is in training for hunting and is just as equally spoiled as my Gerbils.

About: I’ve had many pets throughout my life! I’ve had dogs, cats, a bunny and a hedgehog! I’ve worked for an independent pet sitter before! I’ve taken a couple training classes with my own fur babies so I know a little bit about training. I’ve helped nurse kittens as well! I work M-F 8am-5/6pm & have weekends off. I do sometimes change my work schedule around for pet visits so I charge a cancellation fee for cancellations that are 2 days before. My own pets are kenneled throughout the day when no one is home. They go outside regularly about every 2 hours when someone is home. I feed them early morning & when I get home from work. We work through our training exercises daily! I take care of my clients pets however they have asked me to and treat them as if they are my own fur babies! Your pets will know nothing but love & fun when I’m with them!

About: Southern Illinois born and raised! I’ve been around animals all my life and have loved every second of it, from puppies to seniors I have all around experience. Tend well to schedules, love walking and playing with the fur babies! I am currently a stay at home mom to my sweet two year old little girl. My husband is in the Marine corps and we just moved back after 7 years of being gone from Illinois and now stationed on Scott! With my husband’s schedule I have the flexibility of doing what I love and that’s carrying for the fur babies! My house is a two story with baby gates at the top and bottom stairs. I have a fenced in yard, with two precious little fur babies. If you crate your animal my laundry room is on the main floor of the home and is quite spacious for crates or if you allow free roam the downstairs is where your little one will be!
