“Our pup Oscar was pampered by Amy, and welcomed like their own! Amy was very responsive to our messages, and gave updates. We would definitely recommend and will be contacting Amy in the future to care for Oscar. ?”

About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for pets, especially dogs. Growing up, I was surrounded by many different breeds and personalities, which helped me develop a deep understanding of their needs and behavior. One of the most meaningful experiences I had was caring for my senior dog, who lived to be 13 years old. In his later years, he developed arthritis and cataracts, and I was closely involved in managing his daily care, providing him with comfort, and making sure he stayed as active and happy as possible despite his health challenges. Currently, I have a 3-year-old Shih Tzu who keeps me on my toes! She’s full of energy, and I enjoy taking care of her grooming, exercise, and overall well-being. With my background, I’m comfortable handling pets of all ages — from playful puppies to senior dogs requiring extra patience and support. I truly believe pets are part of the family, and I always strive to provide them with love, attention and proper care. Hi! I’m Jenay, a full-time pet care provider with a big heart for animals of all kinds. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior dog needing extra TLC, who just needs some quiet company, I’m here to offer patient, loving, and dependable care. As someone who’s available full-time, I have the flexibility to meet your pet’s needs — whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or last-minute visits. Your pets will get my full attention and care, just like they’re part of my own family. I’ve cared for pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and I truly enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique quirks and routines. I believe in clear communication with pet parents, sending regular updates and photos so you always know how your furry friend is doing. My home is pet-friendly, clean, and safe, and I’m also comfortable following detailed instructions if I’m caring for your pet in your own space. You can count on me to be on time, respectful of your home, and fully engaged with your pet’s wellbeing. Let’s set up a meet and greet! I’d love to learn more about your pet and how I can help. Whether your dog needs a cozy place to relax, a secure yard to play in, or extra attention for special needs, you can count on me to provide a safe, loving environment. I’ll also keep you updated so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup!
About: I have cared for small dogs my whole life and currently have a mini Goldendoodle who loves making new friends. I know that little dogs often need extra attention and special care, and I’m committed to providing that. For the best experience, I only host dogs under 25 lbs who are potty trained and friendly with other pups. After spending 10 years in the corporate world, I now run my own consulting business from home, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your dog. My husband works in oncology, and together we enjoy having our doodle’s furry friends over—it brings us joy and keeps her social too! I am a stay at home dog mom who has flexibility to meet the needs of your family and provide comfort when you’re out of town. We have a a large yard neighborhood. When we travel we like lots of photos and videos of our baby. We will do the same unless otherwise noted.
“Nicole was an excellent host. I booked a last minute trip and she was able to work with me so that my trip went as smooth as possible. She took amazing care of my pups and provided me with constant updates. I would highly recommend trusting Nicole with your fur babies.”

“After a very short notice with Mrs.Maggie i couldn't have asked for a more better experience. She was very communicative and interactive with my Dog and I. patient and kind sitter. I Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in the house hold as far back as I could remember! I have a genuine love for animals in general but especially our canine friends. I have served in law enforcement for nearly a decade and with that said safety, security and transparency are top of my list of priorities. I have worked closely with dogs my entire life and have trained several dogs to learn simple and more advanced commands which improves the overall behavior and wellbeing of any dog. My schedule is extremely flexible and all it takes is an open line of communication and most scheduling need can be met to fit the owners requests. Its important for me that a clients pet is treated like my own. I believe it takes integrity to car for someone’s dog and because they can not speak for themselves it worries pet owners that their dog may be mistreated when being cared for by another person. Rest assured I would make it my mission to treat your dog as if he/she were my own. My home is located on nearly 2 acres grassy open fields, with over 4000 sq ft of that space being fenced in for plenty of outdoor activities.
About: I absolutely love working with animals! I grew up around dogs and have been helping care for them for the better part of 15 years I currently work from home and have open availability to help care for your pet! I’ll love them like my own and be sure to stick to any schedule you need me to I don’t have a fenced in yard but I do live near downtown Collinsville and enjoy walking dogs on nice days! We have a yard I can take them out potty in and will stick to any schedule you need me to. I’ll be home all day to let them out as much as they need and they can snuggle me while I work :)
“Deb did a wonderful job taking care of our two new pups for a couple days. She kept us informed and shared pictures throughout the day. Our pups will certainly be looking forward to their next visit!”

“Bellagio had a great first day at Emily’s. We can’t wait to have him go back. Emily sent pictures and updates on how he was doing during the day. Very convenient location for us on the base.”
“Morgan went above and beyond to make sure my nervous little one was comfortable. She sent daily pictures and videos, which made me feel great to be able to see her being happy.”

About: I have had a dog in my life since 1988 and at one point managed care for three large retrievers one of which was a senior another was a puppy and the third had recently had limb sparing surgery due to cancer so there were variations in care which I am very comfortable with managing. I currently work part-time so would have ample time to spend with your dog and walk them or play with them in my yard. I am also available for boarding, preferably in my home but also open to short term boarding in your home as well. We have a large fenced yard, dog beds and a large kennel should it be needed. We also live in a nice subdivision and love walking dogs around our neighborhood too.
About: I’ve always lived with dogs, and now I have a dog. Me and my boyfriend, and Louie (Chihuahua mix) are very friendly . We’re living in an Air Force housing. (Not inside the base) I’m working full time at home with flexible schedules. I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan, lived in Hawaii for 10 years, moved here in 2 years ago. I have safe fence balcony. Safe house area, with gate code. My neighbor is in the Air Force, there are many parks inside the gate.
About: Ever since a young age, I’ve always wanted to take care of others/animals. I left human medicine in 2020, and went into veterinary medicine. I never looked back! The past 5 years, I’ve worked as a vet tech for a local humane society and a local animal Emergency Room. I learned so much!! From animal education, to reading body language as a second instinct, to caring for birds and even wildlife. I have experience in caring for almost every companion you could think of. I’m educated in medical cases and disabled pets as well. I also have experience in dealing with reactive dogs. My own dog is reactive. He has taught me so much over the past 3 years together. They are still a dog and deserve to be a dog, we just have to help them rewire their brain. I have learned the patience and I’ve seen the rewards🥹 My family sees a major difference in my dog since adopting him. I call myself a stay at home pet mom right now. Due to some health issues, I’m unable to perform my job I love so much. That being said, I’d love to add your babies to my OPEN availability! As I mentioned, I do have a reactive dog. He is not “agressive”! A lot of the times people get fear mixed up with anger. I keep him crated when I’m not home. He does fine with most dogs. Especially if they are smaller than him. If they are bigger then him, he gets a little rambunctious. I have a large back yard, but is not fenced in yet. I take my dog out via leash all day, every day. I never leave my own pet, let alone someone else’s, outside unattended. I also have cat but I have many rooms that I have set up, so if needed she will be put in her cat room. If your pets don’t do okay with cats or you aren’t sure how they would be, I will make sure she is put up safely. I used to have a pitbull that was no cat friendly and we existed for years together🥰
About: You know the girl that goes to a party and spends the whole night petting the dog or cat in the corner? That’s me! I will love your pet ALMOST as much as you, and that’s a promise! Many years of experience raising and caring for animals. I’m currently not working so I have lots of time available to care for your furry family. We will play in my large fenced in yard, go on walks if you desire, and generally have loads of fun. I have a large fenced in yard that my 2 Japanese Chins love to run around and play in. My couch and bed are open spaces that your pets are allowed to sleep on if they wish. Treats can be given or withheld based on your requests.
About: I have experience with animals of all different sizes, ages and temperaments. I am new to Rover but definitely not new to taking care of animals. I have been fostering cats and dogs for years through MEHS, BAHS and stray rescue STL. Can provide proof if needed. I recently adopted one of my beautiful foster babies (Lilo). She is the only dog I have currently and is only 5 months old and very friendly with anyone and everything. I do have a 9 year old (Simba) and 6 month old (Charlie) cat, as well as a turtle (Peanut) I have had for 5 years. All of my animals are spayed/neutered. They are all allowed to enjoy the furniture just as much as I am. I would love to give your animals all the love and care while you are away. I am currently in college, so in my free time, I am usually home studying and cuddling up with my fur babies on the couch. I work part-time nights so I usually go in late while the animals are asleep so I am able to spend the day taking care of our pets. I make sure to feed them, give them a nice fresh bowl of clean water. Spoil them with a treat or two. Give them some love and affection, let them out to use the restroom and walk them if that is something you'd like me to do as well, as i know all animals have different needs and some need more exercise than others. If they are on a special diet or need any special care, just let me know as I am quite the note taker and can absolutely meet those needs for you.
