About: Hello there, fellow animal lovers! I’m Maddie, your friendly neighborhood animal enthusiast. I am capable of administering medication if applicable and friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, provide comfort, and overnight stays with their animals. My work schedule is pretty flexible right now. I am available for overnight stays preferably Friday-Sunday but I am willing to accommodate your needs. Just let me know! About: I've taken care of senior dogs and up to 4 dogs at a time. I am available to stay overnight if needed and don't have a preference for any breed of pets. I'm currently enrolled at McKendree University and am able to watch pets throughout the afternoon, evenings, and nights! I am pretty available throughout the week and through the weekend! I have a fenced in yard and love to take pets on walks throughout town and playing with the pets as well to keep them company.

About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for 2 years. As a military member, I’ve often helped fellow military friends and counterparts care for their pets while they were away or working long hours. I currently have two rescue dogs. One terrier mix and a chihuahua, and they are my all. I have also had plenty of pets my whole life. My home was always full of pets, especially beagles. I had 5 beagles growing up and a Lab mix, it was always fun spending time with them and growing up around them <3 Spending time with animals genuinely makes me happy, and I love creating a safe, caring, and fun environment for them. I’m also fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I am currently in the military, so my schedule may vary each week. However, I usually have more than 12 days off per month, giving me plenty of flexibility and time to provide dependable and caring pet services. I am also available to provide services inside SCOTT AFB. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their normal routine as much as possible. During walks, I make sure dogs get exercise, potty breaks, fresh water if needed, and plenty of attention and care. For drop-in visits, I can feed pets, refresh water bowls, provide potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and make sure everything is clean and secure before leaving. I always pay close attention to each pet’s personality, energy level, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I also enjoy sending photo updates so owners can feel at ease while they are away.

About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!

About: Growing up my mom was a professional dog trainer so we always had different dogs in the house. I learned how to do everything from basic care to in depth trick training. My friends, family, and neighbors have always relied on my to care and train their dogs ever since I was young. I have a puppy, an almost 2 year old, and a senior dog in my own home so I am able to care for any age. I am currently a student but there is always someone available to care for the animals in my home. Typically I leave home by 8am and return by 1pm every week day. I am home in the evenings and all weekend. I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs that love to play. I have plenty of dog toys and bones to keep everyone busy and happy. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations in order to stay.

About: I’ve had many pets throughout my life! I’ve had dogs, cats, a bunny and a hedgehog! I’ve worked for an independent pet sitter before! I’ve taken a couple training classes with my own fur babies so I know a little bit about training. I’ve helped nurse kittens as well! I work M-F 8am-5/6pm & have weekends off. I do sometimes change my work schedule around for pet visits so I charge a cancellation fee for cancellations that are 2 days before. My own pets are kenneled throughout the day when no one is home. They go outside regularly about every 2 hours when someone is home. I feed them early morning & when I get home from work. We work through our training exercises daily! I take care of my clients pets however they have asked me to and treat them as if they are my own fur babies! Your pets will know nothing but love & fun when I’m with them!

About: I've always pet sat for my friends and family. I started when I was in high school. I sincerely just love animals and it makes me happy to help others being around pets. I just do Doordashing in my free time. So I can work the two apps around each other! I started Rover last year but stopped to try other things instead and take care of my health more. About: I have been surrounded with dogs since I was born! My family had a golden retriever when I was younger, and we currently have an 11-year old corgi mix, an 8-year old labradoodle, and a 5-year old golden retriever. Finnley, the five year old golden, is my personal dog who I trained, walked, cleaned up after, and took care of. In addition, I lived with a 3-year old boxer last year who I helped take care of and spent a lot of time with. Besides my personal pet experience, I volunteered at the Partners for Pets shelters multiple times where I took care of dogs and cats. I also frequently take advantage of the Adopt a Dog for a Day option at the Oxford Animal Rescue Center whenever I feel overwhelmed or have a free day. Besides volunteering, I had a personal business at 15/16 where I watched both kids and animals for families in my neighborhood. I took care of multiple breeds and ages of dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. My availability is completely open until June 1st, when I will start a part time job at WashU! With that said, I am still available any weekday after 4, and all day Saturday and Sunday!! At my house, all of my dogs are trained to stay in the yard. All three get treats when they come in (because they are such good boys) and are fed twice daily. My older dog has gum issues that makes his teeth painful to use, so I put his food in water and let it soften so he is able to eat it pain-free. For walks, the two big dogs go on a joint leash and the smaller dog goes on a leash by himself. Distance wise, I take into account if the ground is hot on their paws and the temperature outside to determine how long the walk will be. We love to go to dog parks and play, as well as cuddle and lay out in the sun together.

I periodically watch pets for friends and family. Distance and time are very flexible most days. Let me know if you need assistance and I can find a way to make it work. Periodic walks are necessary for pets of all sizes and for humans as well. :) Favorite part of my day with my Pyrenees is long walks and sunshine.
