About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and many other furry and feathered companions. I firmly believe that a house isn’t truly a home without a four-legged friend. Over the years, I’ve provided pet care for family and friends, caring for up to five dogs at a time of varying breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also have experience caring for cats, including both indoor and outdoor pets. My background is in nursing, which has given me valuable experience with responsibility, attention to detail, and caring for animals with special medical needs. However, my love for animals has always been just as strong as my passion for helping people. My family and I recently relocated from St. Louis, Missouri, to St. Jacob, Illinois. My husband and daughter share my love for animals, and our home is currently filled with the company of our three beloved cats. Earlier this year, we said goodbye to our sweet dog, Roxy, after 17 wonderful years together. Her absence has left a noticeable void in our home, and we miss the sound of her sassy little feet following us around. While we take our time deciding when we’re ready to welcome another dog into our family, I’ve decided to return to pet sitting and expand my services. Caring for animals brings me joy, and I would be honored to provide loving, dependable care for your pets while you’re away. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, medication administration, or vacation care, you can rest assured your pets will be treated like family. I'm currently a stay at home mom and can offer plenty of flexibility for your pet's care needs whether that is drop in visits, walks, or boarding. We live on a 2+ acre lot with lots of room to run/walk around the property. We do not currently have a fenced in yard so dogs would need to be on a leash to ensure their safety while staying with us. We have lots of walking paths in our area that we can offer for exercise. If your dog likes a quiet place to rest, we have used our laundry room as a quiet area for pets.

About: I've always pet sat for my friends and family. I started when I was in high school. I sincerely just love animals and it makes me happy to help others being around pets. I just do Doordashing in my free time. So I can work the two apps around each other! I started Rover last year but stopped to try other things instead and take care of my health more. I'm currently down 110lbs and ready to take care of your beautiful animals! I have my two cats right now. I'm also the one my friends and family always ask to take care of their pets when on vacation. I'm the type of person to stop and move the turtle out of the road or help a lost dog find it's way back home.

About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.

I am capable of administering medication if applicable and friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, provide comfort, and overnight stays with their animals. My work schedule is pretty flexible right now. I am available for overnight stays preferably Friday-Sunday but I am willing to accommodate your needs. Just let me know! I periodically watch pets for friends and family. Distance and time are very flexible most days. Let me know if you need assistance and I can find a way to make it work. Periodic walks are necessary for pets of all sizes and for humans as well. :) Favorite part of my day with my Pyrenees is long walks and sunshine.

About: I’ve had many pets throughout my life! I’ve had dogs, cats, a bunny and a hedgehog! I’ve worked for an independent pet sitter before! I’ve taken a couple training classes with my own fur babies so I know a little bit about training. I’ve helped nurse kittens as well! I work M-F 8am-5/6pm & have weekends off. I do sometimes change my work schedule around for pet visits so I charge a cancellation fee for cancellations that are 2 days before. My own pets are kenneled throughout the day when no one is home. They go outside regularly about every 2 hours when someone is home. I feed them early morning & when I get home from work. We work through our training exercises daily! I take care of my clients pets however they have asked me to and treat them as if they are my own fur babies! Your pets will know nothing but love & fun when I’m with them!

I have a good personality I’m available weekends, unfortunately I have a full time job which I enjoy. About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! About: I've had a variety of pets over the years. I love being around animals and I look forward to helping you with your fur babies! I enjoy taking care of animals. My part time job is flexible so I'll have a decent availability to do this service. I'm looking for regular customers if possible. My rabbit has his own area where he isn't around anything that can harm him. I also let him outside on a leash to get fresh air. He gets a variety of different foods and I make sure I play with him so he gets another form of exercise as well as emotional stimulation. Because bunnies need a lot of attention!

Between 4-H and FFA, I have received many awards for my dedication for dog care. Within the years, I have interacted with different temperaments from reactive to calm. I am currently working towards a degree in Animal Health. I currently have an internship at a local farm. I have a weekly routine set up, that does not interfere with my internship; and your dog is able to have the best experience.
